ACHQ Logistics, LLC, a cold storage operator on 30 acres within Pine Hill, plans to build a 151,000 SF warehouse for produce, meat, seafood, processed foods, candy, and pharmaceuticals. With 60’ clear height, it will hold 21,000 pallets and offer temperatures from -10 to 70°F. The owner, experienced in automation design, is in talks with potential food purveyors for occupancy.
Palmetto Triventure, a joint venture including minority contractors, was formed to pursue large datacenter construction contracts. Led by TW Constructors and Turner Contracting, they are building the Google datacenter at Pine Hill and are vying for another Google project near Hwy 78 and I-95.
