THE COFFEE COLLECTION
from The Coffee Book v2
by BridgeCoffee
Travel becomes exploration when you encounter new people, experience new sensations, and make new discoveries. We’ll take you on a journey by guiding you through the flavours and aromas of this collection, bringing you 100% traceable speciality coffees selected to bring you a deeper experience of the best in coffee.
Blended Origins
Combining origins brings about a unique flavour profile that proves that the whole is greater than the sum if its parts. We have three seasonal blends which have all won the hearts of the consumer.
Single Origin Coffee
When clarity and simplicity is a must, our single origin coffees will inspire, offering a delicacy where you can ‘taste the culture’ behind each bean.
Discovery 1
An even blend of coffee from the Paraiso Estate in Brazil and the Tacueyo Reserve in Colombia, creating a rich yet sweet coffee. Both origins are grown at an average altitude of 950m in a climate with well-defined seasons, low humidity, and suitable temperatures.
Discovery 2

An exclusive blend of beans from Pica De Aguila in Colombia, Coban in Guatemala and the Asali Cooperative in Kenya. The rich, volcanic soil conditions in the Kenyan coffee brings a bright jam like acidity to this otherwise chocolatey espresso.

Discovery 3
The perfect marriage of flavour with the Sumatran Mandheling bringing a creamy nuttyness to balance out the stone fruit sweetness of the Brazil and combine to provide a distinctively rich full taste and a perfect crema.
