Reviews, testimonials and word of mouth are your best friends. Seek out reviews from different sources to see what people are saying about the shows. Ask fellow bridal business associates about shows they’ve done and why they did or didn’t like them. Most show producers are eager to establish a rapport with their exhibitors, so use that relationship to get a personal feel for the company.

Multiple successful shows prove that the producer not only delivered on promises (bride count, vendor count, etc.), but that vendors actually gained business from it.
