Description
The project is a residential and partly recreational type. The insipiration for the structure is based on a vernacular house particularly the “Foruy” house of Kalinga and the bahay kubo. With its open plan, we also restricted the design of overall wall enclosure so that it brings ample light and air, and would also maximize the vista for the scenic mountain view.
I was involved from the schematic and design development stage. I took the design conecpt and added elements on the design.

Description
The project is a proposed four bedroom - two story residence located at the San Esteban village in Bago city. With the goal to make it stand out on its vicinity, the facade and roof were made to appear pointy and sharp, and accentuated with dark tone and with wpc to amplify its magnificence harmoniously.
As one of the staff member for the porject , I was involved in the schematic design, design development and processing of building permit.
Responsibilities

Description
The project is a proposed bachelor’s pad located at Villa Cristeta, Bario Ma-ao. The aim for this structure is to make it distinct from its surroundings. Most of the enclosures is structured with glass for natural light to enter and seamlessly integrates with its surroundings and emphasizing mountain view; louver (jalousy) windows were also used to accumulate airflow inside the structure; The elevated base and overhanged porch is designed to make it appear floating from afar. Then, the minimal designation of its form corresponds to its sultry individuality.
As one of the project team, I was responsible for the schematic design and concept, and part of the design development and estimating phase for rebars cutting list, also processing of building permit.

Description
The project is a proposed three bedroom - two storey residence situated at Barangay Lag-asan, Bago city. It is a contemporary tropical house focuses on the functionality at the core of the design. Providing a collective sense of openness, Balay Lag-asan mirrors tranquility and beauty. With its soft and simple color palette and wood accents, thus blends naturally to its environment.
As the primary staff for this project, I was invloved in the site feasiblity and analysis, schematic design and design development.

Description
The project is a proposed library hub and book cafe. The concept of the structure is stacked books. The vertical louvre window type is used to provide large scale of ventilation and natural lighting. The vision for this project is to portray minimal elements on the outside and playful spirit on the interior space. Socially catalytic space were also applied in the plan intended for individual use or group use.

The project is a proposed residence in Brighton Bacolod. It is a contemporary mediterranean design based on the general theme of the subdivision. The colors of the building exterior are limited only to sunny natural colors. Also, the roof is cladded by clay or concrete tiles or it can be stone coated tiles or metal tiles.

Description
The project is a renovation and addition of new space for the Bañes residence. With the design objectives of making it light and airy, and spacious; the building is conceptualized with an image suited with harmony to its environment. Large windows were implented on the orientation were the prevailing winds are abundant. Organized the spaces too achieved seamless traffic flow.
I was involved from the site analysis, design feasibility studies, schematic design and design development stage. I also produce construction documents for costing.

• This thesis project is about future proofing the institution in 15 years projection. Making it an environment conducive for learning; The school environment focuses on how to attain an environment conducive for learning. Considering the factors on building function, and aesthetics that has an effect to the students learning stimuli. The organization of spaces are planned efficiently. The planning concept adapted is cluster planning, since this spatial organization is about the sharing and relating of spaces with same proximity that can generate flexibility within.
The site is be divided into areas where such consideration are observed especially on the school buildings of secondary and elementary level, since these educational levels shared the same site. On building aesthetics the theory of multiple intelligence developed by Howard Gardner in the late 1970’s is applied as one of the design source for this project. This multi intelligence comprises with linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, naturalist, bodily kinesthetic, interpersonal and intrapersonal. Individuals draw on these intelligences, individually and corporately, to create products and solve problems that are relevant to the societies in which they live. This implies that architecture used on the built environment must convey and nurture learning.

• Administrative building
The value of each intelligence must coincide with the aesthetic, like for example in the musical part, the design must taken into account the harmony, and rhythm. For logical or mathematical, geometrical forms would appropriate. These valuable features of multiple intelligence could suffice the environment as conducive for learning. This theory could also be used on the building function part. Also, putting into considerations the psychology of colors, using natural daylight and acoustics.

Description
This project is a proposed recovery home for drug dependent juveniles. The design concept for this project is inspired by bahay kubo. Bahay kubo is commonly seen here in the Philippines which of course emblematize our “Pambansang Tirahan”. Bahay Kubo became an inspiration for this design because of its natural features that gaves a large impact to the structure itself. This features are most likely the passive cooling and natural lighting. Bahay kubo also possesses an inpendency on interactions or communication flow, which develop a strong sense and value of community to its occupants.
