Yes If you would like to build in Depoe, you will have the option to select from preapproved plans for each lot, make some modifications to existing plans, or start from scratch to design your own custom home. To ensure the preservation of the overall community feel, all designs must adhere to the architectural and design guidelines of the community. The Depoe Hills Association Architectural Review Committee (informally known as the ARC) will oversee and enforce these guidelines. Yes, there are pre-designated homesites that will allow short-term rentals The developer has carefully planned the neighborhood to create areas with a higher concentration of homes eligible for short-term rentals, while other areas will not permit them This approach preserves the overall neighborhood ambiance for owners and residents.
