Brent Polischuk

Brent Polischuk is a delivery business owner based in Victoria, British Columbia. His career has been built around dependable service, operational efficiency, sound financial management, and practical leadership. Brent oversees all aspects of his business, including transportation logistics, scheduling, route coordination, budgeting and finance, compliance with regulatory requirements, customer relations, and vehicle management. He is responsible for a fleet of ten vehicles and works closely with clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. His hands-on approach to operations helps maintain reliability while keeping costs under control. Before starting his business, Brent worked as a delivery driver, experience that continues to inform his approach to logistics, customer service, and day-to-day decision-making. He believes successful operations depend on preparation, accountability, and clear communication. Outside of running his business, Brent has been actively involved in competitive hockey for many years. A certified High Performance 1 coach, he has served in coaching, evaluation, and operations roles with organizations connected to BC Hockey and Hockey Canada. Through these positions, he has contributed to athletic development while helping support the planning and execution of high-level hockey programs. In 2019, Brent supported Team USA during the World Junior Hockey Championship in Victoria and Vancouver, assisting with accommodations and coordination between team personnel and event organizers. The role required strong organizational skills and the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, international sporting environment.
