Our Quality At Brenda Grands, we meticulously select our materials and maintain strict quality control to ensure that only the finest products reach our customers.

Materials we use: Waterproof: This collection features stainless steel plated with 18k gold using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. This advanced technique provides a durable coating, making our jewelry highly resistant to water and corrosion from sweat and everyday wear.

Demi-Fine: This collection features 18-24k gold over high quality brass coated in a protective layer. Demi-fine items are often-times handmade, featuring stones or crystals, and are expected to shine bright for years.

Heavy Gold Plated: Made from brass or sterling silver, these pieces are plated with 18k to 24k gold. Heavy gold plating employs electroplating with a thickness of 1 to 2 microns, resulting in longer-lasting wear compared to standard plating.

Additionally, a layer of tarnish resistance further extends the lifespan of each piece.

Gold-Filled: Most of our chains are 18k gold-filled. This process involves bonding gold to a base metal using heat and pressure, creating a molecular bond that significantly reduces tarnishing. The thickness of our gold-filled pieces typically ranges from 2 to 3 microns.

Stones: Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are 5A quality, one of the highest grades available, ensuring that our customers receive timeless and stunning pieces.

OUR TERMS AND POLICIES Brenda Grands Jewelry offers a warranty on all of our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. In order to honor the warranty, the wholesale replacements request form should be filled out by the retailer or by a customer of a retailer here: Wholesale Replacement Requests Link Warranty for Water-Resistant Products: Brenda Grands offers a 6-month warranty for products designated as Demi-fine (water-resistant) with proof of purchase.

Warranty for Water-Proof Products: Brenda Grands offers a 12-month warranty for products designated as water-proof with proof of purchase.

For stores: Upon receipt of the items, they should be carefully inspected to ensure all items have been received and are in good condition, free from imperfections or defects. All missing items or defects must be reported within (2) weeks of receipt. To report missing or damaged items, please fill out the wholesale replacements request form here: Wholesale Replacement Requests Link After Purchase From a Boutique: Brenda Grands requires that retailers and customers of retailers provide receipt of purchase ensuring the product is under the 6-month warranty for Demi-Fine (Water-Resistant) products and the 12-month warranty for Waterproof products.

Please heed care instructions found on the back of the tags to ensure longevity of the jewelry piece. Brenda Grands is not responsible for damage to the item caused by neglect or misuse of the jewelry for for lost or stolen items.

We do not issue refunds for items that customers order that they later find they do not like for their store. However, in certain instances we do issue store credit.
