Welcome from the Headmaster Photo: Pull Court, taken by Emily in Year 11 As Headmaster of Bredon School, I extend a heartfelt welcome to Bredon, whether you are a familiar face returning to school post lockdown or you have joined the Bredon community this term. I am delighted to be writing to you, the Bredon community, in the first edition of the Bredon Newsletter, a publication that you will receive on a half termly basis. The aim of the newsletter is to provide our community with a chronicled snapshot of life at our school. It is without doubt that life at Bredon over the last six weeks has been full of industry, activity and adventure. Pupils have returned to the school environment and to their academic endeavours seamlessly whilst making the most of our extensive activity
programme, trying new things and pushing themselves beyond their own perceived boundaries. As our school community continues to thrive and go from strength to strength, I am delighted to announce two internal appointments: Mr Rob Starr to Director of Boarding and Miss Gina Lamb as Assistant Head of Sixth Form - congratulations to them both. Today, we find ourselves heading into the half term break. The weeks seem to fly by and I truly believe that the reason for this is that here at Bredon we don’t stand still, packing so much into each day. I wish you all a happy, healthy break and look forward to welcoming everyone back to school fully rested for another busy half term as we approach the festive season.
