Welcome to the beginning of the break & bloom zine! Our mission is to design a space for people to make the art that they want— free from expectations to create for someone other than oneself.
The name break & bloom takes inspiration from the Chinese character, 绽, which can mean to break or to bloom. this zine is meant to give creatives a chance to do both, to break into a space of their own and to bloom and flourish there.
