Daltec 1001 and Daltec Dual Feed Simple control systems for applications where straightforward operation, high reliability and limited automation are required
Daltec 1001
Simple control system for feed conveying systems with manual or motor-driven hoppers. Functions • Manual start, with input for an external start signal, e.g., from a timer
• Automatic stop when the system is full • Monitoring of speed sensor, completion sensor, and maximum running time
• Built-in motor protektion • Built-in relay for 400 VAC hopper (optional) • Switch for silo changeover (optional) Inputs • 230 VAC, 50 Hz • Speed sensor and completion sensor • Connection for external start signal • Power supply for drive motor
The current operating status is shown by five clear indicator lights on the front panel. The control system can be equipped with an additional relay and a switch for silo changeover when using one or two motor-driven hoppers.
Outputs • Power supply for one motor drive • Connection for 400 VAC hopper
Note: The control system can be used with drive units from other manufacturers equipped with a conventional chain monitor.
Daltec Dual Feed
Fully automatic control system for systems with one or two feed types, suitable for both filling systems and phase feeding systems.
Functions • 24-hour timer for automatic start/stop of
programmed feeding times and relay control
• Control and automatic adjustment of empty running between feed types
• Four relays for hoppers, phase coding or
user-defined functions such as water or lighting
• Safety monitoring of speed sensors, completion sensors, and maximum running time
Inputs • 230 VAC, 50–60 Hz • Speed sensor • Two completion sensors Outputs • Four relays • Contact signal to drive unit
