2111 RESIDENCE
2111 Residence is a project which its main idea is have a residencial building in Bogota, Colombia. The design has four floors where the first floor has a public place like parking and social rooms. From the second and four floor have 6 apartaments each floor. This building is ubicated in a important sector in Bogota. Theremore, it is near to a long number of companies, main streets and universities .
The apartaments are desined with a modern concept. So, the range of colours and coatings for all apartaments and spaaces of them are warm olors like gold, beige, and perla and white.

The ground floor is dedicated to communal spaces, including a gym, parking area, and a shared patio, offering residents a variety of amenities for relaxation and exercise. The results of the Architectural Interior Design Diploma are represented through the development of a central project: the design of a Boutique Hotel in Chiapas, Mexico. This project integrates architectural and interior design principles with a Mediterranean interior style, combining elegance, simplicity, and natural harmony. The proposal seeks to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere by emphasizing open spaces, light tones, and organic materials that blend the Mediterranean essence with the cultural richness of the region.
This final project not only reflects the knowledge and skills acquired during the diploma but also demonstrates the capacity to design functional and aesthetically coherent spaces with a strong conceptual identity.
The proposal emphasizes simplicity, elegance, and natural textures, while at the same time fostering a strong dialogue with the local environment and Mexican culture.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE MY DESIGNS?
Line: A point extended becomes a lines. A line is a critical element in the formation of any visual construction.
Volume: A plane extended in a direction other than its intrinsic direction becomes a volume. It has 3 dimentions.
Point: A point marks a position in space. It is static and centralized.
Plane: A line extended in a direction becomes a plane. Shape is the primary identifiying charactiristic of a plane.
Pattern system: It refers to groups of elements or motifs that repeat in a predictable manner. It is a structure that organises parts of a composition.
Circulation system: Refers to the movement of people through, around and between buildings and other parts of the built environment.
