The Christmas Party was an absolute blast! From laughter-filled conversations to some intense competition during the White Elephant gift exchange - curated by Kayla - it was the perfect way to celebrate the season together. We saw some strategic swaps, a few surprised faces, and SO much holiday cheer. We think it’s safe to say this year's party will go down in Bray history as one of the best! At the 2024 GJARA Installation Banquet, Merrite Wyatt was presented REALTOR® of the Year Award, by last year’s honoree, Rebekah Mendrop. This top honor recognizes Merrite’s exceptional dedication and impact in the real estate community. We are excited to have the Sherman Bray Memorial Trophy back at Bray. Since 1961, Bray has been home to over 14 REALTORS® of the Year. Robert presented Bill Wade the Community Service Award and recognized Derek Irick, for the 2024 Colorado Young Professional of the Year from CAR. Several of Bray’s leaders were also elected to GJARA roles for the upcoming year: Ron Sechrist, returning Treasurer, Katie Davis, President-Elect for 2025 and Stewart Cruickshank and Merrite Wyatt, elected Directors.

With great company, fun stories, delicious food, and a spirit of gratitude, we reflected on milestones reached and the hard work that continues to drive success. At the Bray Breakfast, we celebrated division highlights, 2025 outlooks, and a spirited game of trivia (with a few rule-benders) The Bray Cares Foundation presented $30,000 split between six deserving housing related non-profits: Joseph Center, Homeward Bound, Habitat for Humanity, A Special Place, RSVP, and Foster Alumni Mentors In just 5 years, The Bray Cares Foundation has provided $180,000 to 12 different nonprofits, raised an additional $220,000 towards endowment, for a total commitment of $400,000 - and 100% Bray employee and agent commitment! Together, we ’ re building a stronger Grand Valley!

REST PEACEFULLY DARRELL
Darrell J. Adderley, a dearly loved “Man of Many Hats and Hearts” passed in his castle built with his love, Michelle, on October 16, 2024. He was surrounded by his family. Cancer took him on a fast and furious ride to The Lord.
Darrell’s life was family, racing, hockey, football, and most of all coaching baseball for his kids and nephews. He made a strong name for himself in the Turbo Industry. Darrell could re-build any Turbo and tell you how it got thrashed. Later years he could sell you your own shirt. Rest easy now, we got Michelle!

Hello Team Bray!
