On a hot Saturday, we gathered together with rafts, kayaks, food and plenty of drinks (including water) to float the river! Thanks to our Captains: Westin, Brian, and Richard for their sense of safety and navigation! Another thing to note: Richard is very loud when piloting a boat - we are pretty sure the whole of Grand Junction heard him! Maybe Robert will join us next time - but he passed this time saying it was too calm for him. We used to do trips like this a lot, and thankfully Westin reminded us of this wonderful tradition! We are sure to see more river floats next summer!

After 15 years of service, our beloved “office mom” Dianne Wiltgen retired in August We threw a big disco bash for her in the Ed Center, where everyone dressed up in 70s attire and feasted on a nacho and ice cream bar, paired with a little bit of alcohol - we even got to see a few familiar faces stop by! We are so thankful for the years of hard work and dedication at our at helm, and though she will be missed, we know that Darah will do a great job taking the lead as the new office manager. Congratulations Dianne!

As we close out the third quarter, I want to take a moment to reflect on the challenges we’ve navigated and the progress we’ve made together. From adapting to significant changes in real estate practices to the continued growth in our maintenance and construction division we have risen to every challenge. Our property management team has expanded, taking on new properties and clients while staying ahead of the evolving regulations in our industry. Each of you has played a critical role in ensuring that we not only meet these challenges but move forward with resilience and success.
This quarter, we’ve seen growth across the board, but it’s not just about numbers or transactions. It’s also about the way we’ve come together, staying grounded through shifting markets and regulations. Whether it’s been launching new construction jobs, tackling the demanding job of maintenance, tackling the complexities of property management, navigating changes in development, changing the way we do real estate, your adaptability and dedication have been key in driving us forward.
As we head into the final quarter of the year, I’d like to emphasize the importance of taking care of our minds, bodies, and health A principle from Ninja Selling that resonates deeply is the idea of balance focusing on the well-being of our whole selves so we can better serve our clients, families and loved ones to live more fulfilled lives Maintaining a healthy routine, whether it’s through exercise, mindfulness, or simply taking time for selfcare, will keep us energized, grounded, and ready for what’s next. Health is our real Wealth!
Let’s continue to support one another, stay mindful of our health, and keep building on the strong foundation we’ve created. Together, we can finish this year stronger than ever.
