Return Policy for Rotary and Consumable Products
Brasseler is committed to your satisfaction, and guarantees our products against manufacturing or workmanship defect. Brasseler will receive for return or credit any handpieces or small equipment that are unopened with 30 days of purchase. Brasseler will repair or replace defective handpieces and accessories in accordance with our current warranty. We suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to verify that you received exactly what you ordered before opening. Brasseler is unable to accept for return or exchange product which has been opened.

Warranty Policy for Brasseler Power Equipment & Accessories
Brasseler warrants handpiece products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for periods in accordance with the table listed below. Products will be covered under warranty provided the product has been operated and maintained in compliance with the instructions and maintenance manual. Products will not be covered if they have been subjected to misuse, abuse, or accident.
Any parts or accessories which fail to operate in accordance with factory specifications at the time of installation will be exchanged. Repair by unauthorized personnel, use of non-Brasseler components, or use of products outside of the intended purpose, will void the warranty.
Use of non-Brasseler or rebuilt turbines in Brasseler handpieces can be dangerous to operator and patient, and will void the warranty.

ScoutRaCe™
ScoutRaCe NiTi rotary files are designed for glide path management. The smaller tip and taper sizes allow practitioners to save time and effort by supplementing their hand filing. While ScoutRaCe files can be used for all cases they are particularly useful for tight, severely calicified or curved canals.
Unlike traditional irrigants or other advanced 2:1 solutions, Triton works differently by avoiding the use of EDTA and CHX altogether. The non-NaOCl components in Triton proactively dissolve the dentinal debris allowing for a lower concentration of NaOCl to be exposed to organic debris without as much buffering. Synergistic and simultaneous dissolution of organic and inorganic debris permit the clinician to use lower volumes of irrigation solution and ensure maximum clinical efficiency.

Any handpiece item that is open or not in original packaging will be evaluated prior to the return being processed. Applicable restocking fees listed above will apply to any handpiece product open or not in original packaging.
Handpiece products that are open or past 30 days must have approval in the RMA before processing. Approving authority is Walt Renz, Inside Sales Manager - Handpiece. This approval is to be documented in AS400 for the return.
Brasseler Power Equipment & Accessories Return Policy
Brasseler will receive for return or credit any handpieces or small equipment that are unopened within 30 days of purchase. Brasseler will repair or replace defective handpieces and accessories in accordance with our current warranty. We suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to verify that you received exactly what you ordered before opening. Brasseler is unable to accept for return or exchange product which has been opened.
To arrange for return please contact our Customer Support Department at 1-800-841-4522 (ext. 1203) in US or 1-800-3633838 in Canada. In order to ensure accuracy and expedite the return process we ask that you include the following information:
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) number obtained from the Customer Support Department
• A copy of the Original Invoice or the Original Invoice Number

• Packing list of the items you are returning
• Detailed description of the reason for your return

Only unopened power equipment and accessories invoiced within the previous 30 days are eligible for return. A minimum return evaluation and compliance review charge, of no greater than 5%, will be assessed for returned power equipment and accessories.
