elcome to Crossroads Genetics! We would like to thank you for your continued interest and support in our program. Year 12 in the boar stud business is off to a fast start and we again can’t help but say thank you for helping build our dream into a nationally recognized brand. The customer support system and loyalty to our program that we have been fortunate to establish in this business since 2010 has been incredible! The challenges and adversities for the livestock industry still linger but the resiliency to stay committed only grows stronger with each season! Passion is at an all-time high and the drive to succeed at an optimum level is intense! The mindset here stays the same as before as we will surge forward by adding boars that can go out and make genetic progress in both our herds and yours.

• Collection Days: Monday and Thursday

WHEN SEMEN THAT IS COLLECTED EXCEEDS ORDERS WE RECEIVE, WE OFFER OVERRUN DISCOUNTS. Call STARTING at 11am EST on collection days for availability of overrun semen.

Most semen will be available at half price. Orders need to be placed by 5pm EST in order to make shipment.

JIMC OMCCOY N S U LT I N G The mission statement remains the same. With 29 years of experience selling semen, assisting customers, and helping to line up impactful breeding decisions, this takes it to the next level of having more options to offer.

For those breeders and show pig enthusiasts that either do not have the time to physically see the boars that they are considering using or simply need a different perspective evaluating structure, maturity, look and design, this is for you! The possibility of making better choices in your matings could pay great dividends in a single pig within a litter, with more salability, uniformity, ultimately better sales, and customer results that keep them coming back.

I look forward to doing more of what I have done my entire life working with the people that I enjoy visiting with and being around, and if I can help in any small way to make things better in this business, I am excited to do so.

After just one year of being involved in this totally new concept, it has been overwhelming to find out the need that so many show pig producers have had for this type of service. Just in the first few months of consulting, I had the opportunity to view over 550 sows in herds across the country and many texts and videos viewed with great interaction in helping make progressive, informed breeding decisions.

No herd is too small or large to take advantage of this. The boars compiled in this group of studs are among the very best of the best available. With the show pig sale side of the consulting that we began offering in January of 2023, we can now offer assistance on both ends of the spectrum, breeding to selling.
