EAL ESTATE AGENT Ronnie West of Century 21 Old Capitol Realty wants buyers to know that, “There’s No Place Like a New Home” and sellers to know, “In Selling Your Home, It’s Not If, It’s When!”

And that is his specialty: serving residential real estate buyers and sellers. However, he has also been involved in the sale of commercial properties. Ronnie came to Century 21 Old Capitol Realty eight years ago after working with different brokerages. “This company has contributed to my learning more about how to harness the entrepreneurial approach to real estate as well as how to empathize with buyers and sellers while assisting them in their endeavors to reach their goals without causing chaos,” Ronnie says. “I found Century 21 Old Capitol Realty to be quite fulfilling.” Ronnie got his start in real estate 18 years ago and practiced as an associate broker for 15 years. He says he got into real estate after talking to various real estate agents while working with as an account executive at a wireless communications company selling pagers to real estate companies in Macon. Before that, he spent 22 years working at a mental health center. When asked what brought him to Century 21 Old Capitol Realty, Ronnie says, “I really liked the way [Owner/Broker] Heather Harper repre-

sented her company and the Century 21 franchise.” He especially appreciated the skills Heather offered. During his career in real estate, Ronnie has primarily worked with clients across Central Georgia including: the Macon, Milledgeville, Gray, Warner Robins, Kathleen and surrounding areas as well as Fort Valley, Bolenbroke, Forsyth and Atlanta. When asked what sets him apart from other real estate agents in the area, Ronnie says he is “willing to canvas neighborhoods for listings as well as prospective buyers.” “I have always adopted the attitude that it’s either ‘yes or no’ whether they are ready or not to engage in selling or purchasing,” Ronnie says. “I love assisting sellers and buyers to reach their goals!”
