S1:International Student Dorm Period: Sophomore/Fall 2021 Software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape.

Project Description: Students split into teams of 5 or more to design a comfortable space for international students to live in while attending Oklahoma State University. A list of select countries were available for teams to choose from.

Concept Statement: To incorporate Chinese landscape elements in order to create a familiar living environment.

S2: Senior Living Community Period: Sophomore/Fall 2021 Software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape.

Project Description: Students split into teams of 5 or more to develop a mock client detail. The client detail should simulate an elderly couple looking to move into a retirement community. Teams then had to trade client details with one another and begin developing a home capable of accommodating specified and progressive disabilities.

Concept Statement: To create a space that allows personal comfort & ADA compliance while incorporating Scandinavian design inspired by the abstract art movement.

S3:Hand Rendering Period: Freshman/Spring 2021 Materials: Drafting Pencils, Triangles, Prismacolor, and Illustration Ink. Project Description: Students were assigned a client detail and tasked with developing a personalized branding package. The client was associated with a children’s hospital out of Boulder, CO. Students had to deliver a presentation board combining signage, wayfinding, donation walls, and other branding elements.

S4:Personal Work Stocks: FUJI 200 35mm, Portra 400 35mm, and 400TMAX 35mm.

Software: Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop.

Description: Film photography is something that I use to slow down when life gets too busy. It allows me to view life through a new perspective all while practicing the elements and principles of design through composition.
