In my 50 plus years in the registered cattle business, I have only offered the pick of heifer calves twice before; once at the 2024 Fleckvieh Heritage Sale and once at the 2024 Magnolia Classic.

The 2024 fall born group is composed of 30 Fleckvieh heifers calved between September and December 31, 2024 and it includes embryo calves out of SOT Solway G008E, a Solway Adonis daughter out of Hamlet and Woodring’s Fenella 82F who is a direct daughter of Hacks Bold Fenella, Bold Fenella and Ardrahan Fenella. A pedigree that is truly based on years of production in the Fleckvieh industry in North America. These calves are polled and are siredby APLX Coach. Also, in this group there are embryo calves out of BHR Lady Sieg C235E, the Siegfried daughter out of LCF Mona 280M; another set of genetics that have stood the test of time. There are also natural calves in this group out of these two donors along with calves sired by: Estes Top Gun, BHR Eli E560E, SOT Jetter J696, SOT Active Winsom J715E and Prostock Astor K251.

The calves were weaned in July. Complete DNA and weaning weights will be furnished, along with all other data available, at the time of selection. All heifers will be calfhood vaccinated and will have two rounds of shots in them. The average birth weight was 87 lbs., and the average actual weaning weight was 709 lbs. with no creep.
