You must apply for a renewal by January 31st. If you do not wish to renew, contact tasha.rempfer@fsresidential.com
VEHICLE HANGTAGS If you haven't already received your 2026-2027 vehicle hangtags, which look like this: Please stop by the BCA office during office hours, Monday - Friday 8-5 to pick one up. All vehicles parked within Brandermill are required to display a hangtag as proof of residency. Hangtags are for residents only and are not intended for guests. Hangtags also help with parking management during large community events such as the Festival of Spring, the Fourth of July Celebration, and the Fall Festival. If your vehicle is new, your vehicle information has changed, or if you have never received a hangtag before, please bring your vehicle registration when picking up your hangtag so staff can verify your information and issue a hangtag. 6

MAINTENANCE
Our Maintenance Staff conducts quarterly inspections of our playgrounds, parks, and common areas, along with inspections at the beginning and end of each season and daily visual checks as part of our normal operations. That said, we can’t be everywhere 24/7—and this is where our residents can help! If you notice a concern with a playground, park, path, or other common area in Brandermill, please let us know. Work orders are the preferred and most effective way to alert our Maintenance Team to an issue. You can learn more about submiting a work order here. You may also email JP at john.montervino@fsresidential.com We appreciate our residents helping us keep Brandermill safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone! See something? Say something. We’ll work to get it addressed! 8
