We are thrilled to share this issue of Impact '23-24 with you!

The highlight of the year was the completion of our playground renewal project and the Rodef Sholom sacred space renovation.

In May 2024, we opened our newly renovated "kindergarten kibbutz" outdoor classroom to joyful kindergartners who immediately started exploring the dry creekbed and water pump, the chicken coop, and garden area. We can't wait to see the imaginative play and deep exploration this space will inspire in generations of kindergarteners! Older students love the fresh new turf for soccer and other sports, as well as the amazing new playground equipment! Our students were almost sad to head off to summer! Graduation in the newly renovated sacred space was incredible as our entire community felt elevated by the experience of sending off our graduates in this gorgeous new sanctuary. This was our first graduation in the sanctuary since 2019! The entire campus is buzzing with a sense of renewal, and we invite you to stop by for a tour.

Of course, the year started with the tragedy of October 7, and in many respects, our community response exemplified the best of Brandeis Marin. We stood in solidarity together. We learned and processed loss together. We welcomed Israel refugee families into our school community and gave them a warm place to feel the embrace of peoplehood and community. We provided a safe and joyful place to be and do Jewish during a time marred by rising antisemitism.

Through these highs and lows, our faculty and staff never lost sight of our mission to provide exceptional educational experiences rooted in timeless Jewish values to our students.

As we look back on the past year, it is abundantly clear that your confidence in our school's mission has had a profound impact on our students' lives. We are deeply grateful for your support and partnership. Together, we are shaping the future.

We are thrilled to share this issue of Impact '23-24 with you!

The highlight of the year was the completion of our playground renewal project and the Rodef Sholom sacred space renovation.

In May 2024, we opened our newly renovated "kindergarten kibbutz" outdoor classroom to joyful kindergartners who immediately started exploring the dry creekbed and water pump, the chicken coop, and garden area. We can't wait to see the imaginative play and deep exploration this space will inspire in generations of kindergarteners! Older students love the fresh new turf for soccer and other sports, as well as the amazing new playground equipment! Our students were almost sad to head off to summer! Graduation in the newly renovated sacred space was incredible as our entire community felt elevated by the experience of sending off our graduates in this gorgeous new sanctuary. This was our first graduation in the sanctuary since 2019! The entire campus is buzzing with a sense of renewal, and we invite you to stop by for a tour.

Of course, the year started with the tragedy of October 7, and in many respects, our community response exemplified the best of Brandeis Marin. We stood in solidarity together. We learned and processed loss together. We welcomed Israel refugee families into our school community and gave them a warm place to feel the embrace of peoplehood and community. We provided a safe and joyful place to be and do Jewish during a time marred by rising antisemitism.

Through these highs and lows, our faculty and staff never lost sight of our mission to provide exceptional educational experiences rooted in timeless Jewish values to our students.

As we look back on the past year, it is abundantly clear that your confidence in our school's mission has had a profound impact on our students' lives. We are deeply grateful for your support and partnership. Together, we are shaping the future.

Your contributions have not only enabled us to reach our goals but have also inspired our students and teachers. As we move into the new year, our commitment to excellence in education remains steadfast, focusing on delivering an outstanding child­ centered program and nurturing a culture of belonging and wellness.
