Welcome to the Brampton Economic Summit 2026 Vijai Singh Manager, Policy & Government Relations BBOT
Today, we bring together business, government, and community leaders to have important conversations about the opportunities and challenges shaping Brampton and the broader region. From transportation and employment lands to housing, infrastructure, and inclusive growth, these issues are deeply connected to the strength of our economy and communities. The Summit is an opportunity to share perspectives, challenge ideas, and identify practical solutions that can help build a stronger, more connected, and more competitive region. As Brampton continues to grow, collaboration across sectors and levels of government will be critical. Today is an opportunity to move beyond identifying challenges and focus on the ideas, partnerships, and actions that can help shape the region's future.
