The people have voted!
The 2024 Best of the Brainerd Lakes contest had an increase in participation with more than 135,707 votes cast for the top three winners in 107 different categories.
The large response from voters displays a passion to honor top businesses in our lakes area which prides itself on individual and business excellence. Area businesses work hard to earn the respect and dedication of not only the local residents, but also the millions of annual visitors to our lakes area.
Over the years, anyone could make the claim for being the best in our area. But thanks to the local "Best of" contest, sponsored by the Brainerd Dispatch and Pineandlakes Echo Journal, we have results, as the voters have spoken.
This publication announces the top three winners in each category for 2024, including stories about the first place businesses. Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to the winners on the well-deserved honor!
