Brady D Beitlich is a healthcare leader with over a decade of experience managing physician practices and developing hospital service lines. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he focuses on building and strengthening physician and patient referral networks He holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida and has completed numerous Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects With a strong foundation in healthcare quality and process improvement, he has led many teams toward measurable achievements in efficiency, service delivery, and operational performance.
Early Life and Education
Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. His early years were shaped by outdoor activities, particularly fishing in Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay waters Over time, his passion expanded from saltwater to freshwater fishing, where he became skilled in bass fishing A memorable experience from his youth was a trip to the Sierra Nevada, where he learned fly fishing while seeking local trout
He attended Pine View School for the Gifted, where he was elected Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006 He studied at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During his undergraduate years, he was active in leadership, serving in roles within his fraternity as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions and Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key
After completing his bachelor’s degree, Brady pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions While in the program, he served as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association. He graduated in 2012, prepared with the knowledge and skills to take on leadership responsibilities in healthcare.
Early Career
His professional journey began with an administrative fellowship at a West Palm Beach, Florida, medical center, operated by Tenet Healthcare In this role, he contributed to executive-level projects and managed the level I trauma center's patient experience, customer service, and communication functions
In 2013, Beitlich returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He then led a process improvement initiative at a local hospital, streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.
Later in 2013, he moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to join Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as part of the performance excellence team. His work there focused on process improvements in surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow, enhancing operational outcomes across several facilities
Transition to HCA Physician Services Group
2016 Brady became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia He was responsible for multiple specialties, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care His work encompassed operational oversight and financial management, ensuring smooth practice operations.
2019 his leadership potential was recognized when he was selected for HCA’s Leadership Institute Academy. This opportunity allowed him to develop his operations and leadership skills further
Accomplishments at HCA Physician Services Group
He achieved several notable results during his eight-year tenure with HCA Physician Services Group One of his key accomplishments was overseeing the full remodel and operational launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee This project supported the expansion of specialty service lines at Parkridge Medical Center. Under his leadership, the practice consistently exceeded EBITDA targets, generating approximately $3 6 million in annual net charges
In the pulmonology and endocrinology practices, Beitlich implemented process improvements in coding, billing, and documentation workflows These changes increased provider wRVUs and improved reimbursement rates, contributing to a combined annual revenue of about $2.9 million.
He also focused on team culture and staff engagement.
