In Brief Raised speed table for Bowsland Way The existing zebra crossing on Bowsland Way, Bradley Stoke, between the junctions of Honeysuckle Close and Tresham Close, is to be modified to incorporate a raised speed table. The decision follows analysis of the responses to a public consultation staged between 17th June and 8th July. The consultation feedback report shows that of the 32 individuals and organisations that responded to the consultation via the questionnaire, 78 percent said they were in favour of the scheme as a whole. The scheme will now be forwarded to the council’s legal team for them to arrange advertisement of the necessary Traffic Regulation Order (TRO). Subject to there being no objections raised to the TRO, work is expected to commence on site shortly after the order is signed and sealed.
