I am a Qualified Professional Architect with a passion for my craft and a solid foundation in the complexities of architecture and design My professional experience for over 8 years of achievement has prepared me for the Design World My experience is backed by my advanced education with a Master’s degree in Architecture - Pr Arch, M Arch, and B A S (UKZN)

Highlights of my background locally and internationally include:

• Overseeing architectural design projects by designing and developing floor plans, 3D models, elevations, interior fit-out drawings, and building sections for custom high-end luxury residential, residential apartments, mixed-use, commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects

• Conducting site surveys and assisting construction managers in design and building efforts

• Preparing and submitting permit drawings for local government review and eventual acceptance

• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, architects, builders, and local officials

• Demonstrating outstanding communication, organization, and project management talents while leveraging a keen eye for design and achieving technical proficiency across a variety of design programs
