Hayes QC Purlin Lines deliver the reliable, field-proven performance and timesaving operation that have made them the popular choice of both new entrepreneurs and established metal building manufacturers. These rollforming lines are designed to make C, Z, or Plain Channels from black, galvanized, and painted stock. They are efficient and cost-effective machines and incorporate many features found only on much larger and more expensive lines. Our patented Hayes C-to-Z Quick Change™ System simplifies operator involvement and dramatically cuts downtime associated with changeover adjustments. This exclusive Quick Change feature allows operators to make profile, size, and even gauge changes – all without removing tooling or spacers. Ease of operation is matched by flexibility. With the QC rollforming line, you can produce any size purlin that is within machine range.

QUICK CHANGE™ C & Z PURLIN LINES SAVE TIME AND LABOR
Operators rotate an eccentric until the indicator on a calibrated scale matches the gauge to be run. Drive tooling automatically compensates for minor gauge variations.
Fast C to Z Changes User-friendly design speeds adjustments. Profile changes are fast and simple. Operators just rotate the adjustable tooling 180 degrees to change from C to Z.
