DEEP PROFILE ROOF & DECOILING UNIT
The Deep Profile Roof Rollforming & Decoiling Unit is used to laminate Deep Profile Roofing Panels in 3 rib, 4 rib, or 5 rib styles. Located at the start of the Hilleng Panel Laminating Line, the unit continuously feeds coil steel into its rollforming section to form the ribbed profile. The rollformed sheet is then fed into the lead-in section of our Hilleng Main Press, where adhesive is applied to the underside steel skin before it is laminated to the core insulating material.
