WHEREAS, the Forty Under 40 (40/40) Emerging Legends Salute of the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF) seeks to identify, empower, and celebrate extraordinary individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, talent, and dedication to their craft; and WHEREAS, the 40/40 Emerging Legends Initiative serves as a beacon of inspiration and encouragement to our community, showcasing the remarkable achievements and contributions of its honorees; and WHEREAS, on this auspicious occasion, we gather at the Simon and Rose Mandel Theatre on the Cuyahoga Community College Eastern Campus on June 4, 2026, to honor and recognize the outstanding accomplishments of the Class of 2026 40/40 Emerging Legends; and WHEREAS, the dedication, creativity, and perseverance exhibited by the members of the Class of 2026 40/40 Emerging Legends serve as a testament to the strength, brilliance, and resilience of our community; and WHEREAS, through their passion, innovation, and commitment to excellence, the members of the Class of 2026 40/40 Emerging Legends have made invaluable contributions to the fabric of our shared future; and NOW, THEREFORE, I, Dr. Michele Scott Taylor, President of the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, do hereby proclaim June 4, 2026, as a day of celebration and recognition for the Class of 2026 40/40 Emerging Legends.

I commend the exemplary achievements, leadership, and unwavering spirit of the 40/40 Emerging Legends Class of 2026 and extend heartfelt congratulations on this momentous occasion.

As a fellow millennial leader, I look at this year’s cohort and feel an overwhelming sense of pride and, honestly, a massive wave of inspiration. Our generation has always been defined by our willingness to question the status quo, break barriers, and build tables where we weren't given a seat. You all aren’t just participating in your respective industries; you are actively rewriting the rules.

Our Heritage Our Heritage Our Mission The mission of the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF) is to create opportunities for African American professionals by providing scholarship, leadership, and career development. Our vision is to be a catalyst that prepares and develops emerging professionals, celebrates distinguished leaders and elevates our community.

Our Heritage & Origin Created in 1977, the Black Professionals Association (BPA) was an organization dedicated to networking, professional growth, and development in Greater Cleveland’s African American community. To celebrate the accomplishments of successful Black Professionals, BPA held the first Black Professional of the Year Gala in 1981. The goal of that first gala was to honor the accomplishments of Bertram Gardner, a banker, who served as a mentor for many, as well as for his contributions made to our community. The celebration was greatly received and thus the tradition of the annual Black Professional of the Year was established.

The Creation of the Foundation The legacy of raising awareness and supporting the development of Black leaders in our community is the primary purpose of the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF). BPACF, an outgrowth of BPA, was established in October of 1985 after the gala revenues reached a significant return on investment. The leadership of BPA then determined the need to establish a charitable foundation, to raise and distribute charitable funds and assure that African Americans from Northeast Ohio with academic and leadership potential have an opportunity to advance to higher education and join the ranks of our region’s outstanding leaders and professionals. The founders of BPACF were Tanya Allmond, Arthur Baker, Jr., and Nancella Wilson Harris. Both BPA and BPACF were managed concurrently until 2006 when BPA was sunset. Since 2007 all activities have operated under BPACF. Today, we remain committed to our mission of scholarship, leadership, and career development.

We continue the legacy of honoring the achievements of professionals who encourage others to strive for excellence, creating connections in our community and investing in tomorrow’s leaders.

BPACF creates connections in our community, investing in today’s and tomorrow’s leaders. Our focus areas: I. Scholarship & Youth Programming II. Networking & Professional Development, and III. Professional Awards & Recognition

I. Scholarship & Youth Programming

BPACF has a suite of workforce and professional development offerings available to emerging youth, community partners, local companies, and businesses. The continuum encourages and supports efforts to identify and develop talent and diversify our region’s workforce.

BPACF Scholars Program

We provide gap scholarships and professional development coaching for college students who are graduates of Northeast Ohio high schools. Annually we support a cohort of 35-40 scholars.

“College to Career” Series

The series allows students to meet one another and top executives from Northeast Ohio and learn more about their career path.

Career Connect Internship Program

The purpose of the program is to provide early exposure in a students’ major; provide resumebuilding project opportunities; and complete projects of importance to the hosting organization.

II. Networking & Professional Development

The Black Professional Magazine: A A Guide to Building the Village!™ This electronic publication published three times a year provides content relevant to all sectors of the BPACF target audience in Northeast Ohio, and this region. It includes relevant storytelling, regular columns, profiles of students/BPACF Student Alumni, successful entrepreneurs, executives, and talented civic leaders.

BPACF “Professional Night Out” Networking Series: BPACF hosts nights out mixers to encourage and foster an environment for professional network-building to take place.

Engage!: A series of relevant activities designed to increase the civic engagement of young professionals and facilitate peer and near-peer networking.

III. Professional Awards & Recognition

It is vitally important that BPACF recognizes and celebrates the excellence of Black professionals in Northeast Ohio. Consistently providing models of excellence from all underrepresented sectors of the business community to young scholars and young professionals is a necessary component of our mission and vision. Ceylon Monette Allmond, 28

Senior Information Technology Business Analyst KeyBank

Ceylon M. Allmond is a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst in KeyBank’s Technology PMO, where she supports enterprise technology initiatives, PMO governance, Agile transformation, AI enablement, and process optimization. She currently leads the development of PMO Copilot, an AI-powered chatbot designed to improve project efficiency and knowledge accessibility.

With more than six years of experience in financial services technology, Allmond is passionate about innovation, mentorship, and leadership development. She mentors students through KeyBank’s Project S.U.N. program and is committed to expanding opportunities for young women in technology.

Beyond her professional work, she serves on the board of Tech216 and is active with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., where she previously chaired the Through Her Eyes Mentorship Program.

Lauretta Yaa Amanor, 31

Events Manager, Program & HQ Engagement The Cleveland Foundation

Lauretta Yaa Amanor is a community-focused leader with experience in program management, event coordination, civic engagement, and youth development. As Events Manager, Program & HQ Engagement at The Cleveland Foundation, she supports events and initiatives that foster collaboration, dialogue, and community impact across Greater Cleveland.

She is also the founder of Young Ghanaian Professionals, an initiative that cultivates mentorship, networking, volunteerism, and cultural connection among young Ghanaian professionals in the region. Through this work, she has helped build a strong network that encourages professional growth while strengthening community ties. In addition, Amanor serves as Project Director of Women Creating Wealth & Impact, supporting strategy and events that empower women and advance community engagement.

Known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to service, Amanor creates spaces that inspire growth, inclusion, and meaningful community impact.

Brittany N. Barron, 38 Associate General Counsel Cleveland State University

Brittany N. Barron has built a distinguished career rooted in public service, institutional leadership, and community impact. As Associate General Counsel at Cleveland State University, she oversees complex legal, regulatory, and risk management matters that support the university community and strengthen institutional effectiveness. Her work reflects a deep commitment to ensuring public institutions remain responsive, resilient, and accessible to the communities they serve.

Passionate about expanding access and representation within the legal profession, Barron is dedicated to empowering Black communities and supporting young women pursuing leadership opportunities. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she has spent more than a decade mentoring young girls through volunteer service with the Cleveland Municipal League, helping to build confidence, discipline, and leadership among youth in Northeast Ohio. She has also contributed her time to juvenile diversion initiatives, civic leadership programs, and service through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Known for her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to service, Barron continues to make a meaningful impact both within her profession and throughout the community.

Janae Bryson, 32

Creative Strategist, Entrepreneur & Cultural Advocate Auden & Company

Janae Bryson is a creative strategist, entrepreneur, and advocate dedicated to purpose-driven work and community impact. As the founder of Auden & Company, she spent more than seven years helping missioncentered brands tell authentic stories while mentoring emerging creative talent.

She also founded Creatively Stocked, a stock image company focused on increasing authentic representation for People of Color in media and marketing. Today, Bryson leads The Matri Project, a maternal advocacy initiative advancing conversations around maternal safety, custody law reform, and survivor-centered advocacy through storytelling and community engagement.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Bryson serves as a Strategic Communications Consultant for the NAACP and Communications Coordinator for First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland. Through entrepreneurship, storytelling, and advocacy, she continues to amplify underrepresented voices and create meaningful community impact.

Shanette D. Buford-Brazzell, 38 Philanthropic Advisor The Cleveland Foundation

Shanette D. Buford-Brazzell is a philanthropic leader and community connector dedicated to relationshipbuilding, community engagement, and creating meaningful impact. As a Philanthropic Advisor at The Cleveland Foundation, she helps individuals, families, and organizations align charitable giving with long-term goals. Her background includes leadership roles with the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University, United Way of Greater Cleveland, and The Ohio State University.

Known for innovative community engagement and fundraising strategies, Buford-Brazzell has successfully combined philanthropy and awareness initiatives to strengthen local impact. She is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and women’s empowerment through leadership roles with organizations such as the Junior League of Cleveland and BSP Cleveland.

Widely regarded as a “humble giant,” Buford-Brazzell is passionate about uplifting women and underrepresented communities through service, mentorship, and advocacy, continuing to make a lasting impact throughout Greater Cleveland.

Mordecai Cargill, 35 Co-Founder + Creative Director ThirdSpace Action Lab

Mordecai Cargill is a creative strategist, community developer, and cultural leader whose work centers on preserving Black history, amplifying community voices, and advancing equitable development in Cleveland. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of ThirdSpace Action Lab, he has helped build a nationally recognized organization focused on anti-racist community development, storytelling, and civic engagement. In 2022, ThirdSpace expanded its impact with the launch of the ThirdSpace Reading Room, Cleveland’s first Black-owned bookstore and event space, creating a vital cultural hub for dialogue, learning, and connection.

Cargill is also the creator of Chocolate Cities Cleveland, a digital storytelling and research initiative documenting the rich Black history of Cleveland’s E. 105th Street Corridor and Glenville neighborhood. Through storytelling, mapping, and historical preservation, the project highlights the cultural significance of Black communities while ensuring these stories remain visible for future generations.

Recognized as a thought leader and public speaker, Cargill continues to champion equity and cultural preservation through his advocacy and civic engagement, including service on Mayor Justin Bibb’s Equity in Action Committee, board leadership with Assembly for the Arts, and participation in Leadership Cleveland.

Through creative strategy and community-centered work, he continues to inspire dialogue, action, and lasting impact throughout Cleveland and beyond.

Aisha Childers, 36 Chief Executive Officer Create A Space

Aisha Childers is a community leader, entrepreneur, and educator whose work is centered on youth empowerment, economic opportunity, and strengthening families across Northeast Ohio. As Chief Executive Officer of Create A Space, she has built a network of mission-driven organizations focused on education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community support.

With a background in Family & Consumer Science and Early Childhood Education, Childers began her career supporting children and families before expanding her work into broader community and economic development initiatives. Through ventures including Let’s Make A Change Enrichment Center, Making the Change Foundation, Bite Creole Kitchen, and Create A Space, she has created opportunities for early childhood education, mentorship, second-chance employment, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurial growth.

Childers is passionate about redefining economic mobility by connecting education, entrepreneurship, and workforce development into one integrated model. Her leadership reflects a unique combination of innovation, operational excellence, and community-centered compassion, creating sustainable systems designed to generate long-term impact and generational change throughout Northeast Ohio.

Ashley K. Eddie, 37

National Senior Director-Corporate & Foundation Development Cleveland Clinic

Ashley K. Eddie is a mission-driven philanthropic leader known for building strategic partnerships, driving community impact, and advancing meaningful change. As National Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Development at Cleveland Clinic, she leads philanthropic initiatives that support one of the nation’s premier healthcare systems. Prior to Cleveland Clinic, she spent more than a decade at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she became the first Black Associate Director within the fundraising division.

Eddie is best known for leading the Cleveland St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign, growing annual fundraising from approximately $1.5 million to an average of $2.8 million during live broadcasts, making it one of the most successful campaigns in the country.

She is also the founder of NSQ Solutions (Not the Status Quo), a consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations strengthen leadership, strategy, and impact while creating more inclusive pathways within philanthropy.

Respected for her authenticity, servant leadership, and strategic vision, Eddie excels at connecting people to purpose while mentoring the next generation of philanthropic leaders.

Deandra Evans, 39

Chief Executive Officer Right Direction Behavioral Health Services

Deandra Evans is a behavioral health leader, clinician, and entrepreneur dedicated to closing gaps between behavioral health treatment and long-term success for youth and families across Northeast Ohio. As Chief Executive Officer of Right Direction Behavioral Health Services, she has built a growing organization focused on accessible, high-quality mental and behavioral health care. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory designation (LPCC-S), Evans began her career in community mental health, where she recognized that many families required more than traditional therapy to sustain progress.

In 2020, she founded Right Direction Behavioral Health Services and later expanded her impact through Right Direction Community Services and Collaborative Community Services, nonprofit initiatives focused on youth development, prevention, and community empowerment. Through these organizations, she has created an integrated continuum that connects clinical care with after-school programming, leadership development, family engagement, and academic support.

Evans combines clinical expertise, operational leadership, and authentic community connection to build systems that are both compassionate and accountable. Through youth empowerment programs, familycentered events, community outreach initiatives, and strategic partnerships, she continues to address barriers to access while strengthening support systems for underserved families. Her work reflects a long-term commitment to prevention, empowerment, and sustainable community impact.

Domonique Fomby, 34 Cosmetologist Styled Profile Barber & Beauty

Domonique Fomby is a cosmetologist, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to using beauty education as a pathway to empowerment, mentorship, and opportunity for young people. As co-founder of Styled Profile Barber & Beauty, she combines professional beauty services with youth development programs that introduce students to cosmetology, entrepreneurship, and hands-on skill building.

An advanced cosmetologist, holistic trichologist, and licensed cosmetology instructor, Fomby created programs that give youth practical experience through workshops, classes, and community events. Her long-term vision is to educate one million students through mentorship and cosmetology education that promotes creativity, confidence, and economic opportunity.

Fomby’s work has been recognized by WKYC during National Night Out for her impact in youth programming and community engagement. Through partnerships with organizations including Won’t Quit Foundation, Jack & Jill, Heights Libraries, and The Friendly Inn Settlement, she continues to create meaningful spaces where young people build confidence, develop real-world skills, and envision successful futures.

David Gulley, 38

Founder & CEO The Cleveland Chorale and David Gulley Productions; Purposed by Destiny LLC

David Gulley is a musician, producer, and community leader who has transformed gospel music into a platform for empowerment, representation, and community connection. As Founder and CEO of The Cleveland Chorale and David Gulley Productions, he has grown a local choir into an award-winning gospel ensemble recognized throughout the region and beyond.

A defining moment in Gulley’s leadership came in 2024 when he launched a special recognition segment during one of the Cleveland Chorale’s largest sold-out concerts, honoring overlooked contributors to Cleveland’s music community. Through this initiative, he used the choir’s platform to celebrate unsung artists and preserve their stories, reflecting his commitment to equity, service, and community uplift.

Beyond music, Gulley serves through Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and Purposed By Destiny LLC, supporting mentorship, education, mental health awareness, financial literacy, and outreach initiatives.

Through music, mentorship, and community engagement, he continues to inspire hope, create opportunities, and preserve Cleveland’s rich musical legacy.

JaNae Hambrick, 38

Commercial Banking Team Leader | Training & Development KeyBank

JaNae Hambrick is a banking leader, mentor, and community advocate whose career reflects resilience, determination, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. As a Commercial Banking Team Leader in Training & Development at KeyBank, she mentors employees, supports new team members, and helps drive success within Commercial Client Services.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Hambrick earned her associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees consecutively while maintaining a full-time leadership role, completing her master’s degree in 2025. Her educational journey demonstrates that success is achievable through perseverance, discipline, and purpose.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hambrick is actively engaged in civic leadership and advocacy throughout Northeast Ohio. She serves as a Precinct Committee Person, supports grassroots community initiatives, and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Through mentorship, service, and community engagement, she continues to inspire others and create meaningful impact.

Fatimah Harris, 30

Digital Content & Communications Manager City of Cleveland - Office of the Mayor

Fatimah Harris is a communications strategist and public servant dedicated to using storytelling and digital engagement to strengthen communities and drive civic impact. As Digital Content and Communications Manager for the City of Cleveland – Office of the Mayor, she helps shape communications strategy for Mayor Justin M. Bibb’s administration through digital, written, video, and live content that highlights key city priorities.

Before joining the City of Cleveland, Harris built communications experience across the sports, nonprofit, and public relations sectors, including roles with Global Cleveland and Prosper for Purpose. Among her notable achievements, she led efforts to establish Carl B. Stokes Day, observed annually on June 30, honoring the legacy of the first African American mayor of a major U.S. city.

Passionate about civic engagement, Harris mentors students through Mayor Bibb’s Junior Mayors Association and helped launch Land the Vote, the City’s first nonpartisan voter education initiative. Through strategic communication, community engagement, and mentorship, she works to ensure Cleveland residents feel seen, heard, and connected to the future of their city.

Kristian R. Hunter is a community development leader dedicated to neighborhood engagement, resident-driven solutions, and community revitalization. As Executive Director of One South Euclid, she leads initiatives focused on housing stabilization, business development, and neighborhood growth.

Hunter began her career with AmeriCorps VISTA at the Greater Collinwood Development Corporation, working alongside residents to address housing, food insecurity, and community engagement before advancing into leadership roles. One of her most notable accomplishments was expanding the Five Pointe Community Center food pantry into a trusted emergency food resource, helping families navigate food access challenges following the closure of a major neighborhood grocery store.

Throughout her career, Hunter has developed innovative programs that strengthen community connections, including “Kickin’ it with Cops” and Collinwood Connects: Neighborhood Family Feud. Grounded in collaboration and authentic engagement, her leadership continues to empower residents and demonstrate that lasting change is achieved when communities help shape their own future.

Jzinae Jeanbaptiste, Esq., 34 Managing Associate Thompson Hine LLP

Jzinae Jeanbaptiste, Esq. is a labor and employment attorney whose career reflects perseverance, professional excellence, and a commitment to expanding opportunities for future legal professionals. Inspired to pursue law through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs Project while a student at Shaw High School, she later earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and now serves as a Managing Associate in the Labor & Employment practice group at Thompson Hine LLP. Whitney A. Malone, 36

Whitney A. Malone is a librarian, educator, and wellness advocate dedicated to community-centered learning, mindfulness, and empowerment. After beginning her career with the Cleveland Public Library, she advanced to Children’s Librarian, where she developed youth literacy programs, technology initiatives, and community engagement events.

She later founded Flourishworks, LLC – Malone House Gardens, combining wellness, gardening, mindfulness, and education to create spaces that foster connection, growth, and belonging. Tatyana A. McKnight, 33 Communications Manager Cleveland City Council

Tatyana A. McKnight is a communications strategist and public servant dedicated to civic engagement, public information, and community connection. She began her career in the City of Cleveland Mayor’s Office of Communications, advancing from intern to Digital Content Producer, where she helped lead digital communications and public messaging efforts, including during the COVID-19 crisis.

Today, she serves as Communications Manager for Cleveland City Council and as the primary communications strategist for the Village of Oakwood, where she supported the election of Mayor Erica Nikolic, the village’s first Black woman mayor. Darvio Morrow, 39

Darvio Morrow is a media entrepreneur, journalist, and cultural commentator who founded The First Class Broadcasting Corporation, a Cleveland-based multi-platform media company spanning radio, podcasting, music distribution, and digital media. A native of Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood, he launched his first entertainment company at age 16 with a vision to create opportunities and amplify underrepresented voices through media.

Through strategic partnerships with organizations including iHeartMedia and The Orchard, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment, Morrow has built a nationally connected media platform. He also serves as an opinion contributor for Newsweek, writing on culture, media, and public policy. Chinenye “ChiChi” Nkemere is a strategist, civic leader, and racial and gender justice advocate whose work focuses on systems change, community engagement, and institutional transformation. A proud firstgeneration American, she earned degrees in Political Science, African Studies, and African American Studies from The Ohio State University, where she concentrated on race and electoral politics. She began her career in public service with the City of Cleveland and the U.S. Department of Justice, building expertise in community engagement, crisis communications, partnership development, and systems reform.

In 2018, Nkemere co-founded Enlightened Solutions, a racial and gender justice think tank where she serves as Director of Strategy. Through her leadership, she helps organizations move beyond performative diversity efforts by embedding equity into policy, institutional design, and organizational culture.

Nkemere is also deeply involved in civic leadership, serving as Board Chair of Assembly for the Arts and previously as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Junior League of Greater Cleveland. Her creation of a Black Literature course transformed her teaching career and strengthened student engagement.

A nationally recognized leader in education, Pinckney was named the 2025 Ohio Teacher of the Year. She has secured more than $50,000 in grants, developed innovative project-based learning experiences, and mentored both colleagues and students in leadership and grant writing.

Katura Pleasant, 25 Youth Systems Manager A Place 4 Me

Katura Pleasant is a public service leader and systems strategist dedicated to advancing youth well-being, equity, and community-centered solutions. Beginning her career with AmeriCorps and Ohio Reading Corps, she later earned a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University, graduating summa cum laude.

As a Cleveland Foundation Public Service Fellow, Pleasant conducted policy research and analyzed public benefits systems to improve outcomes for children and families. She currently serves as Youth Systems Manager for A Place 4 Me, leading cross-sector efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness in Cuyahoga County, including coordination of the region’s HUD-supported Youth Homelessness Membership Collaborative.

HerBrina Shepherd is an educational leader, literacy advocate, and public servant dedicated to expanding access, equity, and student success. With nearly 18 years of experience, she currently serves as a Transfer Specialist at Cuyahoga Community College, where she guides transfer planning and college pathways for students across numerous institutional partnerships.

Shepherd also serves as Vice President of the Maple Heights City Schools Board of Education, helping shape policy, literacy initiatives, and college readiness efforts for more than 3,000 students and families. Through her Just Bloom Literacy platform, she has authored culturally affirming children’s books and led more than 150 literacy engagements throughout Northeast Ohio.

Recognized for her ability to bridge K–12 education, higher education, and community impact, Shepherd has received honors including the Ohio Transfer Council Tom Vandermeulen Award and Buckeyes Under 40 recognition. Latia Taylor, 37

Today, as Grade Level Principal at Garfield Heights High School, Taylor leads strategic initiatives focused on student achievement, staff development, and positive school culture. Her accomplishments include implementing a PBIS framework recognized with a Silver Award by the State of Ohio and expanding a dualenrollment partnership with Cuyahoga Community College that increased student participation by 37 percent.

Jazmine V. Walker, M.S., 38 Manager, Advising Programs & Services College Now

Jazmine V. Walker is an educator, community leader, and digital equity advocate dedicated to expanding opportunities for young people across Northeast Ohio. Her career includes leadership roles with Lutheran High School East, Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland, PNC Fairfax Connection, and Coach Sam’s Inner Circle Foundation.

As Manager of Advising Programs & Services at College Now, Walker leads college and career readiness initiatives, overseeing curriculum and outreach efforts that have reached more than 11,000 students. She redesigned and expanded a suite of workshops focused on academic success, social-emotional learning, college affordability, and postsecondary planning.

Walker is also the founder of MinJae Digital Consulting, where she provides training in AI, digital literacy, Canva, and mindful technology engagement. She believes digital literacy is an equity issue and works to ensure underserved communities can confidently navigate emerging technologies.

In addition, she serves with the Cleveland Council of Black Colleges Alumni Association and the Cleveland Commission on Black Women and Girls, advancing educational access, community engagement, and opportunities for future generations.

Erius Watson, 37

Erius Watson is a community-centered financial leader dedicated to advancing economic equity, strategic partnerships, and community investment. As Vice President of Community Engagement at Dollar Bank, she leads initiatives that connect financial institutions with the communities they serve, expanding access to financial resources and supporting economic mobility.

After a successful tenure with Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Youth and College Education, Williams recently joined Clinician Nexus as Director of Solutions, Student Management. At Cleveland Clinic, she designed and launched the organization’s first structured shadowing program, creating scalable systems that connected high school and college students to real-world healthcare experiences while strengthening educational partnerships and workforce development opportunities.

Beyond his professional work, Williams is actively involved in community health initiatives, men’s health advocacy, mentoring young Black boys, and volunteering with local food banks and homeless shelters. In 2025, he became the youngest inductee in the history of the Bedford High School Distinguished Hall of Fame, recognizing his leadership, service, and commitment to community impact.

Maria L. Wilson, 32 Director, Scholar Experience Breakthrough Public Schools

Maria L. Wilson is an educational leader dedicated to advancing equity, cultural responsiveness, and student belonging.
