Brand Colors We inherit Compass's black-and-white premium palette as our foundation — it signals luxury and keeps our listings and lifestyle photography the hero. A single restrained accent, Property Nerd Orange, nods to the warm wood, sun, and mid-century materials of the Eichler homes we're known for. Accent is used sparingly: a rule, a keyword, a highlight — never a background wash.

Typography We follow Compass's two-typeface logic: an elegant serif for headlines and a clean sans for everything functional. In our marketing stack, Times (serif) stands in for Compass Serif and Helvetica/Arial for Compass Sans — safe substitutes on web, email, and documents where the custom fonts aren't loaded.

BODY & UI SANS · Compass Sans (sub: Helvetica / Arial)

Boyenga Team at Compass Regular — the workhorse for body copy, captions, and listing detail.

Italic — for emphasis and pull quotes used with restraint.

Bold — headings, calls to action, and key figures.

HIERARCHY RULE

Serif speaks first (the idea). Sans supports (the facts). Never more than two type sizes competing in one block. Let whitespace — the Compass signature — do the heavy lifting.

Logo & Monogram Compass agent brands live as black-and-white monograms — unique to the team, cohesive with the house brand. The Boyenga mark pairs a clean 'B' monogram with the full wordmark and the Compass endorsement.

Always give it clear space; never recolor it beyond black, white, or a single orange rule.
