INTRODUCTION
This venue guide contains important and helpful information regarding the event production at BOXPARK Shoreditch. The pack is designed so that promotors and logistical staff working the event at BOXPARK Shoreditch can refer to it. It provides technical information and guidance with regards to how we stage events.
BOXPARK reserves the right to amend or supplement this manual and will reissue this document annually or when appropriate and important information has been updated.
BOXPARK would like all it’s customers, staff and contractors to have the most exciting and stress free experience.
It is therefore very important that all personel familiarise themselves with this document and liaise directly with the relevant team member using the contact details below:

STAGING (SITE WIDE)
Modular cubes that interlock to form a range of shapes and sizes. Can be used as seating, tables and to support AV equipment. For more information, please ask Event Manager.
NETWORK/INTERNET
Private and public WIFI networks available site wide. Ethernet ports available for hardwiring in Beatbox next to the DJ booth.
HOSPITALITY RIDER
If you have been given a rider allowance from us, the value is final and will not be increased during the event. BOXPARK will allow for a tab to be set up and will give discount in certain circumstances.

THE GREEN
The Green is a 10m x 10m outdoor space located right by Shoreditch High St station. It’s a versatile space for pop up events, marketing, sampling and brand activations.
• This can be hired for:
£1500/day Monday to Wednesday
£2000/day Thursday to Sunday
Plus £300 security deposit
• Alcohol can be sampled but not sold in this event space
• Capacity 150+
• Please note any event of 100+ people an SIA registered security guard must be supplied
• Full Risk Assessment to be supplied

We can make any event bespoke by working with our food vendors on a pre ordered personalised menu.
Private corporate spaces within your event at some of our independent restaurants.
Guests get the boxpark experience with credit to use at a vendor of their choice.
DRINK
Our Bar Manager can work to design a signature cocktail and tailor the menu for any occasion.
We can offer a limited bar and allocate tokens to guests to a full open bar.
PLAY
We have a host of leisure activities, games and events to tailor a bespoke package for you.
We can work with some of our best event hosts to make your event unique.

All load-ins requiring vehicular access will need to prearrange logistics with the Event Manager, please provide the following information:

Once agreed with Event Manager, all deliveries must be to Braithwaite Street, E1 6JJ.
BOXPARK allows no parking on the cobbled/green area at any time and no loading/unloading is permitted on Bethnal Green Road, which there is a bus lane and pedestrian crossing.
Bethnal Green Road must remain clear of delivery drivers, as this is the first point of entrance for the emergency services at BOXPARK.
BOXPARK HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY BELONGINGS LEFT IN ANYAREA OF THE VENUE.

DRESSING/GREEN ROOMS
BOXPARK has a small staff room in close proximity to the performance area, which artists are invited to use as agreed with the Event Manager, but there is no official green room.

BOXPARK is located directly next to Shoreditch High Street Overground station.
UNDERGROUND
BOXPARK is approximately 13-minute walk from (Northern Line) Old Street Underground station.
BUS
The following bus routes all run to a stop within a 5-minute walking distance from Boxpark: 8, 388, N8, 67, 78, 28, 46, 67, 149, 242, N26, 135, 205, N205, 35
CYCLE
There is a cycle locking area situated outside the East entrance of BOXPARK on Braithwaite Street.
