YEAR 9 APPLICATIONS Applications for September 2028 Entry for Year 6 students We offer students the opportunity to test in Year 6. Please follow the Year 7 application process. State Year 9, 2028 entry on the Registration Form.

Applications for September 2026 Entry for Year 8 students Registration:

by Monday 20th October 2025

Assessment Day:

November 2025 - date TBC

YEAR 12 APPLICATIONS Applications for September 2026 Entry Registration:

by Friday 5th December 2025 + submit recent school report and predicted GCSE grades

Assessment Day:

Applicants will be invited to interview at a mutually convenient time

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS Applications for September 2026 Entry only Scholarship application:

Submit our online registration form by our published deadline Pay a non-refundable registration fee of £150 Supply us with a photograph of the applicant Provide a copy of the applicant’s latest full school report (and other reports where appropriate)

STAGE 3: ASSESSMENT PROCESS Year 7 applicants (assessment is carried out in Year 6): This is a lovely opportunity for us to get to know your child through a varied and enjoyable day at RGS Surrey Hills, giving us the chance to see their best qualities, and giving them a chance to discover more about life at our school.
