Greetings from US Open Chair & Tournament Director As Chair and Tournament Director, I’m delighted to welcome you to the 2026 US Open! We are proud to host this year’s tournament across Sun City, Sun City West, and The Grand, whose outstanding greens and facilities provide a wonderful setting for a week of competition.
Veronica Sum Chair & 2026 Tournament Director US OPEN
A special thank-you to my US Open Committee and all the volunteers who have dedicated their time and energy to making this event possible. It takes a tremendous team effort behind the scenes, and I truly appreciate everyone’s contributions. Whether this is your first US Open or you’re returning, welcome to Arizona! I wish you a rewarding week of great bowls, good sportsmanship, and memorable moments.
Message from Bowls USA President Welcome to the 2026 US Open! Bowls USA is delighted to welcome you to the 2026 US Open, held for the third consecutive year in the Sun City area of Arizona, where outstanding greens, dedicated volunteers, and a welcoming community continue to make this event possible.
Pam Edwards President Bowls USA
This year the US Open continues to grow, with competitors joining us from ten countries around the world, a reflection of the tournament’s expanding place on the international bowls calendar. The US Open remains part of the World Bowls Series of events, and as in past years, the semifinals and finals in each discipline will be livestreamed worldwide, giving our players a truly global stage. For some of you, this is your very first US Open experience; for others, it is a return to familiar competition and friendships. Wherever you are on your journey, we wish you a rewarding week filled with great bowls, camaradierie, and memorable moments. Thank you for being part of this special event.
