An official welcome & kickoff will take place at Lakeview Lawn Bowling Club. Following the event at the green, there will be a hosted reception at Lakeview Social Halls 1 & 2 plus outside patio, featuring wine, beer, other beverages, and hors d’oeuvres. It's just a short walk away.

Awards will be presented at the finals venues immediately following play. We ask players to stay for photographs.
Hospitality
Morning beverages and breakfast snacks will be provided at all venues. Players are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles.

Please be aware that livestreaming and/or photography may take place at the venues during play. While participants may not be the main focus, there is a chance that their image could be captured in the background.
Emergency Contacts
Players should ensure that someone at the green has the phone and email information for their emergency contact. Please share this information with your teammates or travel companions. If you are attending alone, make sure to provide these details to the Venue Manager.
