Welcome to the 2025 Australian Indoor Championships
Bowls Australia’s Board and staff welcome all competitors and spectators to the coveted 2025 Australian Indoor Championships being staged here at the magnificent Club Tweed.
Once again Australia’s finest players are in attendance, including defending champions Jack McShane and Kelsey Cottrell, and Australian Jackaroos Dawn Hayman, Chloe Stewart, Kelsey Cottrell, Corey Wedlock and Ben Twist among a star-studded field.
We sincerely thank Club Tweed, our valued partner in the delivery this event, for staging the Australian Indoor Championships for the 36th occasion, whilst also acknowledge the tireless work of the State and Territory Associations for staging their respective qualifying tournaments, and look forward to another successful event at this wonderful facility.
To the many officials, International Technical Officials and Club Tweed members and staff who will be working tirelessly over the duration of the Championships, I would like to thank you for your invaluable contribution and ensure you that your efforts do not go unnoticed.

2025 AUSTRALIAN INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS:
IMPRESSIVE FIELD IMPRESSIVE FIELD TO COLLIDE ON THE CARPET
Following an extensive qualification period, 64 bowlers will converge on Club Tweed for the 2025 Australian Indoor Championships for one of the most hotly contested events in its history.
In one of the most prestigious tournaments on the calendar, each player will be striving to win the five matches required to take home the illustrious title.
The stacked women's draw sees 2024 winner Kelsey Cot trell sit at the top of the draw with a first round matchup against Victoria's Judy Woods, as former Australian Open fours conqueror Louise Cronan looms as a possible second round encounter
Also sit ting in the top quarter are St Johns Park duo Brit tany Camp and Natasha Russell, as well as Victoria's Brooke Edwards and South Australia's Katrina Green.
The second quarter is lit tered with talent with Right at Home Jackaroo Jamie-Lee Worsnop the headline ahead of her first match against Victoria's Hayley Murnane.
2023 runner up Reese Finn-Young is back for another at tempt at the title with a first up match against City of Geelong's Sandra Tillson, while 2024 semifinalist Colleen Orr also returns to the competition.
Australian Open singles runner up Olivia Cartwright sits ominously in the third quarter with a possible matchup against New Zealand Blackjack Leeane Poulson in the second round should they both progress.
Cartwright's fellow Emerging Jackaroo Samantha Noronha faces a tough challenge from South Australia's Rachael Krebbekx in the first round, while 2023 semifinalist Chloe Morrison also looms large in the draw.
The bot tom quarter sees Australian Open singles winner Dawn Hayman as the second seed with a first up clash against Karen Webber of Greta Workers in New South Wales.
Also sit ting in this section of the draw are Western Australian star Lisa Featherby and young Tasmanian Amity Bickley

In the men's draw, defending champion Jack McShane returns as the top seed with an opening matchup set against his fellow New South Welshman in Daniel Hill.
Australian Open pairs champion Gary Kelly headlines the second quarter of the draw with a tantalising contest against Victorian young gun Koby Cromie in the first round.
Kelly's pairs teammate on the Gold Coast in Corey Wedlock features in the third quarter of the draw with a clash against Forster's Jason Preston in round one.
makes his way into the draw as the Australian Open singles champion, lining up as the second seed at the bot tom of the draw with his opening contest against Essendon's Michael Stevenson.
