place where Bowen Island celebrations grow naturally. Endswell Farm is one of B wen Island’s most beloved historic properties The iconic farmhouse was built in 09 and the land has been stewarded by a handful of Bowen Island families ever nce.

er the years the farm has been home to a lively cast of farm animals ~ sheep, rses, chickens and donkeys ~ along with a eautiful and productive organic market rden that supplies fresh produce to Bowen Island and restaurants in Vancouver.

Peanut, Pickles n’ Friends

If there is one experience that captures Bowen Island’s playful, nature-loving spirit, it might just be hiking with goats

Kristina Callie grew up with French Alpine goats and now lives on Bowen Island with her partner Adrian Together they’ve created a unique island adventure ~ guided hikes with their friendly herd through some of Bowen’s most beautiful trails.

At the centre of it all is Peanut, a curious French Alpine goat with plenty of personality (and a little “goat-itude”) Along the way you might also meet Rosa, tiny Bandit and the rest of the furry crew as they wander the trail, snack on leaves and happily pose for photos.

The most popular outing is the relaxed walk around the Grafton Lake loop, perfect for families and visitors Private hikes can explore Bowen’s natural tree forts, climb to scenic lookouts, or even summit Mount Gardner for a bigger adventure

This experience has quickly become a favourite for celebrations.
