• A New Homes Consultant will work with you to find the perfect floorplan that fits your land, budget and lifestyle.
• Resolve Finance, our award-winning in-house finance specialists, are available for any of your finance needs. They can work alongside your New Homes Consultant to ensure you have the smoothest process.
• Your New Homes Consultant can guide you through one of our display homes, highlighting our premium inclusions and outlining the design options available to personalise your home.
• A pricing estimate will be provided for budgeting purposes, allowing for any costs associated with building your new home.
• Finalise your new home along with structural items such as your facade and chosen design options.
Your New Homes Consultant will arrange a time to present your pricing and review all documentation with you.
• Once you’re comfortable, it’s time to sign off on your initial paperwork and secure your pricing for your new Boutique home.
• By removing the tender stage, we provide transparent, all-inclusive pricing right from the beginning. It’s a unique approach that offers complete certainty and allows you to fully understand your build costs before signing or paying any deposits.
• For customers who choose not to engage Resolve Finance, a finance pre-approval or a comfort letter will be required.
• At your HIA contract appointment, you’ll pay the balance of 5% (2.5% for Resolve Finance customers).
