It’s time to start finding your dream home, and you’ve got to start by selecting the perfect floorplan for you and your lifestyle.

There are many floorplans for you to choose from, but it all starts with knowing your lot size if you have already purchased a block of land. Browse through our extensive range of single and double storey floor plans to find your perfect fit.

From there, you can select a facade to pair with your home. Select from our Premium facades as part of our standard inclusions or level up to our Designer range if you’re after something a bit fancier.

As you embark on your home building journey, it’s our mission to ensure the process is simple, efficient and enjoyable.

And a big part of that is being upfront about what to expect at every stage of the journey.

When you build with Boutique Homes, you get one price upfront, that includes our premium specifications and quality brands. That cost won’t change unless your preferences do.

From there, our trusted experts will be with you every step of the way as your new home comes to life, keeping you informed of developments, and guiding you through the entire process.

Your fixed site costs are just that, fixed.

We won’t be coming back with extra charges for rock removal or piers, this is all included upfront based on your engineering plan.

*Boutique Homes will provide upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering, including knockdown rebuild projects, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA contract signing. Pricing based on the estimated title date and fixed for up to 15 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of initial deposit. We’ve made financing your home simple and easy. With expert advice from Resolve Finance, our inhouse construction finance experts, we’ll find you the best value home loan, tailored specifically to your needs.

Land

We’ve built strong relationships with Victoria’s leading land developers, empowering you with more exclusive and affordable land options. We can help you find your perfect block of land in a wide range of communities and locations. We can also tailor home and land packages to suit your preferred price range, lifestyle and location.

Step by step process for getting into your new home.

STEP 1

One-on-one consultation.

When you sit down with one of our New Homes Consultants, our goal is to understand exactly what’s important to you and what you are wanting in a home. We’ll help you choose a home design that best suits your lifestyle and fits within your preferred price range.

STEP 2

Personalise your home.

We’ll provide a clear understanding of the quality inclusions found in every home within the Elements range. Choose from a range of popular design options specific to your floorplan. Elevate your home further with a selection of upgrade finishes and fixtures. From there, we’ll help you select from the six inspirational colour schemes available to suit the interior and exterior of your home.

STEP 3

Your fixed price, upfront.

Receive your upfront, fixed price, including all site costs and any selected options. We’ll present you with a fixed price New Home Proposal. There is no tender process, so there are no surprises down the track. Secure your pricing with a $2,500 deposit.

STEP 4

Sign HIA building contract.

At your HIA contract appointment, you’ll pay the balance of a 5% build deposit (2.5% for Resolve Finance clients). From here, our team of specialists will be there to guide you through to the construction of your new home.

STEP 5

Construction.

Your build will begin where you will start to see your home come to life. At each stage, you will receive regular updates where you can track the progress of your home build.
