The showroom experience
The showroom experience is the bringing together of all the elements that turn a house into a home.
We’ve designed our showroom to simplify the selections process with a passionate team who will be with you every step of the way to create a home you will love living in.
From interior design choices and selecting materials, fixtures and fittings; to the options for upgrading cabinetry and working through electrical design and home technology.
To get you started, our showrooms – located in Docklands and Geelong – house an extensive collection of design inspiration. A showroom tour with our Host before your appointments will give you the opportunity to experience different materials, fittings and surfaces, explore interior and exterior colour schemes, and get a great sense of how your home will come to life.
Showroom tours
To help you prepare for your showroom design appointments, Boutique Homes offers a guided tour of the showrooms in Docklands and Geelong.
A visit to either showroom will give you the opportunity to explore interior and exterior colours and materials, alongside internal fixtures and electrical fittings. You will be able to touch and feel the different materials, fittings and surfaces that will help bring your home to life.

Interior Design
One of the most exciting parts of building your dream home is choosing your colour scheme, and the materials that bring your home to life.
As part of your new build, you’ll be assigned your own personal and qualified Interior Designer to guide you in creating the vision for your new home.
Be inspired in our showroom and let our expert, passionate team find the perfect design style to suit both your home and lifestyle.
Joinery Design
Collaborating with your personal Joinery Designer allows you to elevate and personalise the functional spaces within your new home.
Together with our experts, you can create your dream kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, walk-in robes and more.
You’ll have the opportunity to further personalise your cabinetry and add those important extra elements that will shape your home life.

Lifestyle Design
The beauty of building a new home is having the opportunity to craft your space around your daily life. Your Lifestyle Designer will help you identify the technology required to support your vision for every room. During your appointment, your Lifestyle Designer will cover:
• Internal and external lighting design
• Decorative lighting, including pendants
• Electrical accessories
• Sound and entertainment
• Home automation
• Skylight options
• Heating and cooling
• Solar integration

HIA contract signing
The first step in your journey.
Showroom online
Browse Showroom Online, our virtual selections tool, in your own time to discover options and pre-select items ahead of your design appointments.
Dual Occupancy.
The showroom process for a Dual Occupancy build follows a slightly different timeline.
Your HIA Contract will be signed after your showroom tour. You’ll then attend an Interior Design Appointment for external finishes. Once your Town Planning Permit is approved, you’ll complete your internal finishes appointment. This is followed by your Lifestyle Design Appointment and your Joinery Design Appointment (if applicable).

HIA Contract Signing
The first step in your journey.
Interior Design appointment
Next, you will choose your external and internal scheme, colours and materials with your Interior Designer.
Once you’ve made your selections, your Interior Designer will prepare your design paperwork for you to sign.
Joinery Design appointment
This optional appointment allows you to elevate and personalise your kitchen, bathroom, walk in robes and more with your Joinery Designer.

Lifestyle Design appointment
Lastly, your Lifestyle Designer will explore how you’ll be living in your home and help plan the technology in each room, from lighting design, home security and automation, to heating & cooling solutions and more.
