This course reviews a range of key issues, challenges and developments in tourism management, with a particular focus on the relationships between tourism and the wider economic, environmental and sociocultural context. You’ll study as part of a diverse cultural group, giving you the chance to improve your inter-cultural competence – a vital skill in the increasingly globalised field of tourism management.

The course examines the relationships between the customer experience and marketing organisations, research planning, budgeting, marketing strategies and communication. The course also explores how eTourism and digital marketing are used in the tourism, travel and hospitality sectors for destinations and organisations.
