Hexagon Mining World Headquarters D OW N TOW N T U C SO N | 6 5 K S F | M I X E D U S E The Hexagon Building is a five-story mixed-use development in Downtown Tucson featuring office, dining and retail space. Its glass façade and two outdoor decks offer expansive mountain views. Hexagon Mining’s International headquarters occupies the upper four floors, with retail and dining on the ground floor.

GEICO Corporate Offices T U C SO N , A Z | 20 0 K S F | O F F I C E N O RT H L I B E RT Y, I A | 50 K S F | O F F I C E Bourn Companies developed two build-to-suit corporate offices for GEICO in Tucson, Arizona, and North Liberty, Iowa. The Tucson location at The Bridges accommodates more than 1,200 employees and is considered GEICO’s flagship office among its U.S. properties. The Liberty Park location was designed with a flexible office system that accommodates more than 650 employees and allows the building to expand or contract as GEICO’s needs evolve.

JTED at The Bridges is a growing career and technical education campus serving high school students across a range of disciplines. The campus includes the Innovative Learning Center and the Mel and Enid Zuckerman Center for Health and Medical Careers, with a third building under construction and two additional buildings planned to complete the campus. Approximately 2,000 students participate in campus programs each year, contributing to JTED’s 98% graduation rate. Communities from across the country are looking to this campus and its hands-on learning model as an example for advancing career and technical education.

Cimarex Energy Field Headquarters T U LSA , O K | 3 2 5 K S F | M I X E D - U S E Bourn Companies developed a 325,000-square-foot mixed-use corporate office for Cimarex Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, in the heart of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The development combined Cimarex’s corporate offices with ground-floor retail, restaurants, and 400+ parking spaces, creating an active connection to the surrounding downtown community.

The Williams Center Corporate Campus T U C SO N , A Z | 475 K S F | O F F I C E Williams Centre is one of Tucson’s most established corporate office destinations, centrally located within the city. Bourn Companies developed nine office projects within the campus, helping attract major employers, support hundreds of jobs and strengthen Williams Centre as an important center for business in Southern Arizona. Beach Fleischman T U C SO N , A Z | 4 2 K S F | O F F I C E Bourn Companies developed a 42,000-square-foot Tucson office for BeachFleischman, Arizona’s largest locally owned public accounting firm and one of the nation’s Top 200 CPA firms. The project provides a modern workplace designed to support the firm’s team, clients and continued growth.
