ABOUT THE BREWERY...

Magnify Brewing opened in May 2015 by owner Eric Ruta. Eric’s fascination with craft beer began while attending Bates College in Maine, when he would drive to Portland on weekends to attend can releases. “There was always a reason to go, a new brewery, a new beer” he says. But, that was not the case when he came home to New Jersey on school breaks. Craft beer had a foundation in New Jersey, but was lacking the same excitement as Portland. After graduation, Eric opened Magnify in Fairfield, NJ to bring the same world class beer and culture he experienced in Maine back home to northern NJ. Magnify brews an array of different beer styles including New England IPAs, stouts, sours, and saisons. “We brew a variety of styles of beer. We always want to give our customers something new to look forward to and enjoy,” says Head Brewer, Erich Carrle. Even so, their flagship Vine Shine IPA, is always in demand!
