RECIPE CORNER BETTER w/CHEDDAR BREAKFAST CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS

• 8 white bread slices, cut into cubes • 1 pound bulk pork sausage, crumbled and cooked • 1 1/2 cups grated Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar • 10 large eggs

• 2 cups whole milk • 2 teaspoons dry mustard • 1 teaspoon salt • Kerrygold Irish Butter

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease 9×13-inch glass baking dish with Kerrygold butter.

3. Place bread in prepared dish.

4. Top with sausage and cheese.

5. Beat together eggs and next three ingredients.

6. Season with pepper. Pour over sausage mixture. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Chill.)

7. Bake casserole until puffed and center is set, about 50 minutes.

8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
