WHAT MAKES THIS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING TO BE ONE OF THE MOST SUSTAINABLE ONES IN EUROPE? Since 2010 our new headquarters has been a prominent landmark right at the entrance of Mainz. The building, provided with striking wind turbine rotors on the roof, meets the highest international standards for sustainable and environmentally friendly constructions. By means of wind power, photovoltaic cells and geothermal energy, the new building creates 20% more energy than required for its current operation. With the new headquarter Werner & Mertz sets new standards in energy effectiveness underlining its position as eco-pioneer.
