The Cool Space 12 (Prototype) is another innovative market changing product brought to you by Boss Cabins. Always at the cutting edge of product development and innovation Boss Cabins believe the Cool Space range of mobile high security fridge/freezer units are the next exciting evolution of their already market leading range of mobile welfare units.

The Cool Space 12 sets out to solve all of the problems associated with both the static and mobile fridge freezer units currently available on the market.

Due to compete with existing fridge/freezer products already in the market the Cool Space range of units offers features and benefits to the end user currently not supplied by anything else on the market.

k Reduced transport costs

Current fridge/freezer units come as either static or mobile (towable) units. The static units currently on offer, in the most part are converted shipping containers which have been insulated and then fitted with a fridge/freezer unit. They are functional in terms of providing cold storage but have distinct disadvantage due to high transportation costs, problems associated with accessibility to certain sites and no flexibility to move the unit if required once the unit has been sited.

Stainless steel is 25% stronger than mild steel which greatly reduces the chances of impact damage, a common problem on sites where large machinery is in operation.

The entire range of products manufactured by Boss Cabins whether produced in stainless or mild steel following fabrication are shotblast, prepped with a ‘Chip Guard’ coating to at risk areas, such as the roof, undercarriage, bottom rails and front face of the cabin and then painted and baked in our purpose built oven to give the unit an immaculate and robust paint finish able to withstand the rigours of the most demanding environments.

The Cool Space 12 is currently at an advance prototype stage with the intention being to offer this product in a 14’ 16 and 24’ configuration inline with the size range of welfare units currently manufacturer by Boss Cabins.

Although significant market research was carried out prior to the design and build of the Cool Space 12 we are aware that customers may require certain modifications to the design or specification to meet their specific requirements.
