The Office Space 12 & 16 are the only mobile office spaces on the market that have ground lowering capabilities for extra security and ease of access. What’s more, they’re compact, lightweight and easy to transport. The Office Space 12 & 16 are ideal for those within the construction industry as they’re suitable for almost any environment. With the additional heavy duty construction and the standard security measures associated with all Boss Cabins products you can be safe in the knowledge expensive office equipment and sensitive information is safely locked away.
Our experienced engineers have designed and built the Office Space 12 & 16 to a high specification to mirror the facilities found in your average office, but in a mobile capacity for on-site staff, while meeting all VCA regulations and the HSE standards. For optimal efficiency and comfort, an external power supply is fed through an RCD consumer unit feeding heaters and multiple twin sockets, which are located through the unit.

Body & Finish Boss Cabins are unique in the mobile welfare industry, offering their full range of products in 100% stainless steel. Stainless steel is 25% stronger than mild steel, which greatly reduces the chances of impact damage, a common problem on sites where large machinery is in operation.

When choosing a stainless steel cabin, you’ll benefit from a 25 year anti-corrosion guarantee, ensuring it stays in prime condition. It will retain its look for longer, helping maximise your return on investment and will enable you to achieve the best residual value when it’s time to sell. Following fabrication, our entire range is shotblasted, prepped with a “chip guard” coating, painted and then baked in our purpose built oven. This gives the unit an immaculate and robust finish that’s able to withstand the rigours of the most demanding environments.

With instant precise location information on all your cabins in both map and street view modes you are able to easily monitor and manage your fleet. It also provides you with automatic alerts and access to detailed reports that highlight any faults, generator fuel levels and an overview of usage to help you schedule appropriate service intervals, to ultimately save you time and money.
Boss Shadow utilises innovative technology and infallible security, to provide movement and theft alerts when cabins are taken outside of pre-designated geo-parameters. What’s more, at the end of an authorised hire period or upon theft of the unit, you’re able to remotely shut down the generator.
