Machine voor het dichtsealen en vacuümverpakken van levensmiddelen.

Het is raadzaam alle informatie goed door te lezen alvorens u de machine in gebruik neemt. Tevens dient u zich aan alle aanwijzingen te houden. De machine buiten bereik van kinderen houden.

1. VERKLARING OVEREENKOMSTIGHEID EEG De firma: Luciano Pettenati, Via Langhirano 119 43100 Parma (PR) verklaart onder haar verantwoording dat de machine voor het dichtsealen en vacuümverpakken van levensmiddelen. Type VAC 35 overeenkomstig aan de richtlijnen van de EEG is.

GEBRUIK De machine VAC35 is vervaardigd voor het vacuüm-verpakken in plastic zakken van levensmiddelen zoals kaas, vleeswaren, vis en deegwaren.

De machine heeft een kleine afmeting, hoeft niet voorverwarmd te worden en is eenvoudig in het gebruik dankzij weinig bedieningsknoppen die in verbinding met een microprocessor die alle fases controleert. De twee displays geven de tijdsduur aan van de verscheidene fases die heel eenvoudig af te lezen zijn.

De machine kan zowel met de hand als automatisch bediend worden. De machine is ook gepro-grammeerd voor het vacuümtrekken van potten.

• Het is strikt verboden de machine voor doeleinden te gebruiken die niet vermeld staan. Ieder ander gebruik kan schade aanrichten aan dingen of personen en is dus verboden.

3. TECHNISCHE GEGEVENS

De kast is vervaardigd van gesatineerd roestvrijstaal en de behuizing voor de sealbalken is van geanodiseerd aluminium. De pomp heeft geen onderhoud en smeer(olie) nodig.

Door op de knop STOP te drukken kunt u de werking van de machine onmiddellijk onderbreken. Dubbele veiligheidszekering. Geluid: minder dan 70 DB (A).

ZEKERINGEN De beveiliging bestaat uit 2 zekeringen. Aan de achterkant van de machine in het netstekkerblok met schakelaar zit de zekering van 2A/220-230V. Op het schema zie tekening hieronder, van de inwendige printplaat, via een zekering van 1A. Deze mag alleen door bevoegd personeel verwisseld worden.•

5. VERVOER

De ingepakte machine kan met de hand verplaatst worden, mits me er op let deze niet om te laten vallen.

WAARSCHUWING!!!

• DE MACHINE MAG ALLEEN IN EEN DROGE RUIMTE WORDEN OPGESLAGEN.

6. HET UITPAKKEN De verpakking openen met behulp van een mes, let er op dat men zich niet met het mes snijdt. De inhoud van de doos controleren of deze intact is.

Mocht dit niet het geval zijn, de machine niet gebruiken en u tot uw verkoper wenden. De machine voorzichtig uit de doos halen.

Voor het vernietigen van de emballage het hoofdstuk nr.15 lezen.

7. INSTALLATIE Het installeren van de machine kan ook door personen zonder ervaring gedaan worden. De machine op een hard oppervlak plaatsen, de stekker in een geaard stopcontact steken.

• Alle werkzaamheden betreffende de elektriciteit door bevoegd personeel uit laten voeren.

8. VEILIGHEID De machine kan de volgende risico’s lopen: • Te hoge temperaturen • Schokken Het risico voor te hoge temperaturen is klein, alleen de behuizing van de sealbalk wordt warm wanneer de machine de zak dichtsealt. Men moet er wel op letten de handen niet tussen de twee platen te steken direct na het sealen daar deze dan nog heet kunnen zijn.

Het risico van schokken is uitgesloten omdat alle elektrische delen zich binnen de kast van de machine bevinden. Tevens zijn alle metalen onderdelen die eventueel door ’n defect onder spanning zouden komen staan verbonden met een beschermgeleider via de aardleiding.

• Voor de elektrische beveiliging moet de gebruiker er zich van verzekeren dat de machine is aangesloten op een geaard stopcontact.

Veiligheidsregeling Voor een juist en veilig gebruik de gebruiksaanwijzing goed doorlezen. Het installeren en in werking stellen, gebruik en onderhoud van de machine staat in de handleiding aangegeven.

De roestvrij-stalen kast pas demonteren nadat de machine is uitgeschakeld en de stekker uit stopcontact is genomen. De stalen kast monteren voor dat u de machine weer op het lichtnet aansluit.

Geen kleding dragen die eventueel in de machine zou kunnen draaien. Het onderhoud van de elektrische onderdelen mag alleen door bevoegd personeel uitgevoerd worden.

9. GEBRUIK Het snoer met de machine verbinden en de stekker in het stopcontact steken. De machine aanzetten met de schakelaar die zich aan de achterkant van de machine bevindt. Controleren dat de displays (nummer 0) en de led AUT en HAND branden.

N.B. Het is raadzaam om in het begin de machine met de hand te bedienen, pas wanneer u ervaring heeft opgedaan met de tijden van de verscheidene fases kunt u tot automatische bediening overgaan. Wanneer u bijvoorbeeld de machine in een levensmiddelenzaak gebruikt, kunt u in de tussentijd dat de machine zijn werk doet een klant bedienen.

10. ZAKJES De vacuüm zakken worden geleverd in diverse formaten, voor een uitgebreid overzicht kunt u Boska Holland raadplegen.

11. GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING HANDBEDIENING • De knop AUT/HAND indrukken zodat het Led die gaat branden overeenkomt met de fase die u uitgekozen heeft.

• De knop sealtijd indrukken tot op het display de gewenste tijdsduur in secondes verschijnt die u wilt gebruiken.

Het Led aan de linkerkant van het display (SEALTIJD) onder nummer 1 van de sticker geeft de eenheden in tienden aan (max.

19 seconden).

De sealtijd is afhankelijk van de grote en dikte van de te gebruiken vacuümzakken.

Over het algemeen zal de gebruikte tijd tussen de 5 en 8 seconden variëren.

NL • Het zakje met de inhoud tussen de twee platen en de sluitstrip van de onderste plaat schuiven (heeft de

vorm van een Z).

• Gedurende een paar seconden op de bovenste plaat drukken en naargelang de gewenste tijd de lucht wegzuigen (het Led vacuümtijd gaat branden).

• Op de knop SEALEN drukken om de zak te sealen (het led SEALTIJD gaat branden).

12. AUTOMATISCHE BEDIENING • De knop AUT/HAND indrukken zodat het Led AUTOM. gaat branden.

• Op de knop VACUUMTIJD drukken totdat op het display de instelling verschijnt die overeenkomt met de secondes die u uitgekozen heeft voor het vacuümtrekken: 1=5 2=10, Max 45 seconden.

• De gewenste tijdsduur voor het sealen instellen (in seconden) door de knop SEALTIJD te drukken. (zie hiervoor hoofdstuk 9.2).

• Het zakje met de inhoud tussen de twee platen en onder de sluitpin van de onderste plaat schuiven (heeft de vorm van een Z) gedurende een paar seconden op de bovenste plaat van de machine drukken ( het Led vacuümtijd ) gaat branden.

Het ingestelde programma begint waarna de machine automatisch stopt wanneer hij het programma heeft doorlopen (beide Leds gaan uit).

Men kan het programma onderbreken door de knop STOP in te drukken. Aan het einde van het programma gaat de plaat automatisch na ongeveer 4 seconden omhoog.

13. ONDERHOUD EN SCHOONMAKEN VAN DE MACHINE De volgende instructies betreffende het onderhoud zijn gericht aan de verbruiker (consument) en vereisen dus geen speciale capaciteit.

Voordat men met het schoonmaken begint de machine afzetten en de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.

De platen en de machine men een in alcohol gedrenkte doek schoonmaken. Het vervangen van zekeringen mag alleen gebeuren nadat men de machine afgezet en de stekker uit het stopcontact gehaald heeft.

De machine is afgezekerd door twee zekeringen. De hoofd zekering zit in het aansluitblok wat zich bevindt zich op de printplaat van de machine deze mag alleen door bevoegd personeel verwisseld worden. (1 A/s maat 5x20mm).

14. GARANTIE De ontwerper garandeert de kwaliteit van de machine en verklaart zich verantwoordelijk in het geval van fouten in de constructie en/of het materiaal, de onderdelen gratis te vervangen en de reparaties uit te voeren.

De garantie is niet geldig als er schade aangericht is door nalatig onderhoud van de consument, het gebruik van ondeugdelijk materiaal, de machine niet goed of in ’t geheel niet onderhouden is, door de cliënt veranderingen zijn aangebracht.

De garantie is 12 maanden geldig vanaf de leveringsdatum.

Dit termijn kan niet verlengd worden in geval van reparaties of vervanging van onderdelen gedurende de garantietijd.

Reparaties of vervanging, van onderdelen kan alleen gebeuren door de leverancier. Materialen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage maken geen deel uit van de garantie. De leverancier moet van te voren op de hoogte gesteld worden voordat men de machine terug stuurt. De machine moet franco bij leverancier aangeboden worden.

15. NUMMERPLAAT VAN DE MACHINE De machine is voorzien van ’n nummerplaat die zich aan de achterkant van de machine bevindt. Bij iedere communicatie tussen cliÍnt en leverancier moeten het model en het nummer vermeld worden.

16. MANKEMENTEN Mankementen en Oplossingen De machine gaat niet aan: Controleren of het snoer aangesloten is, De schakelaar indrukken, De stekker uit het stopcontact halen en controleren of de zekering van het aansluitblok doorgebrand is. Controleren of er stroom aanwezig is.

Als de displays niet goed branden: De machine uitdoen en weer aanzetten.

Voor elk ander probleem: Wendt u tot de leverancier 17. VERNIETIGING MILIEUBESCHERMING Het emballagemateriaal kan samen met het gewone huisvuil vernietigd worden.

18. MACHINES BESTEMD VOOR VERNIETIGING De onderdelen van de machine uit elkaar halen en gesorteerd aan te bieden aan de afval verwerker.

It is advisable to read the booklet carefully before using this machine. Please follow all the instructions and keep the machine out of children’s reach.

1. USAGE Machine VAC 35 is designed for shrink wrapping groceries like cheese, cold meat cuts, fish, breads and pastries.

The machine is small in measurements, does not need time to warm up and is easy to use thanks to its minimum use of buttons. All buttons are directly connected to the microprocessor which checks all stages of the wrapping process carefully and by itself.

The two easy to read displays show the time each stage takes. The Machine can be used manually and fully automatic. And the machine can be programmed to shrink wrap pots.

It is strictly prohibited to use this machine for any other purpose than the usages stated in the booklet. Other usage can harm people or their possessions.

5. FUSES There are two safety fuses. A 2A.220V fuse is placed at the back of the machine where the plug is located, with a switch. The diagram below shows the internal print-plate with a 1A fuse. This can only be replaced by authorized personal.

6. TRANSPORT The packaged machine can be moved manually as long as all possible care has been taken to prevent dropping the machine.

Store machine in a dry place.

7. REMOVING THE OUTER PACKAGING Remove outer packaging by using an everyday knife, taking care not to hurt oneself. Check that the contents are intact. If you are unhappy with the state of the contents do not use the machine and return it to the place of purchase.

Take machine out of the box. For destruction/ recycling see chapter 14.

8. INSTALLATION Installing the machine can be done by none professional people. Simple put the machine on a smooth and level surface and plug the machine into the wall socket.

9. SAFETY

The risk of the machine overheating is minimal. Only the sealing beams can warm up when sealing the plastic bags. One has to pay attention not to put one’s hands near these beams directly after sealing a bag, as they might still be hot.

The risk of electric shocks is none existent because all electric parts are housed within the main frame of the machine. All metal parts of the machine are wired with the earth electric wire for safety.

For electrical safety the owner of the machine should always make sure that the wall socket is safe to use.

Safety Regulations.

To ensure correct and safe usage of the machine please read these safety instructions carefully.

The correct way to install, use and maintain this machine is explained in the instruction manual. The stainless steal case can only be removed when the machine is switched off and the plug has been removed from the wall socket.

Make sure the case is back on properly before plugging the machine back in.

Do not wear clothing that might get caught in the machine. Maintenance of electric part may only be carried out by authorised personnel.

10. USAGE Manual: Connect the main cable with the machine and plug it into the wall socket. Turn the machine on with the switch located at the back of the machine. Check that the displays (nr. 0) and the LED aut and hand. are on.

Note: It is recommended to start using the machine on the manual setting and only switch to automatic once one has familiarised oneself with the different tie settings. EG: when working in a grocery store you can assist costumers while the machine shrink-wraps products for you at the same time.

11. PLASTIC BAGS The shrink-wrap bags can be delivered in different sizes. Please consult the enclosed ordering form and price list to get an overview of the sizes and prizes on offer.

12. USAGE GUIDE FOR MANUAL SETTING

• Press the AUT/Hand button until the LED shows the setting you want to use.

• Press the Sealing button to get the amount of seconds you prefer.

The LED on the left of the display (sealing time), below the number 1 on the sticker, shows tenths of seconds (max 19 seconds). The sealing time depends on the size and the thickness of the shrink-wrap bag used. In general it varies between 5-8 seconds.

• Put the bag and its contents in-between the two plates and below the sealing strip of the bottom plate (shaped like a Z).

• Press the top plate for a few seconds until the air has been sucked out sufficiently (the LED sealing time will light up).

13. FULLY AUTOMATIC SETTING • Press the button AUT/Hand until the LED AUTOM lights up.

• Press the Shrink-wrap time button until the setting that corresponds with the amount of seconds you have chosen is displayed. EG: 1=5 2=10 maximum = 45 seconds.

• Set the preferred sealing time (in seconds) by pressing the sealing time button (see chapter 9.2) • Place the bag and its content in-between the two plates and below the sealing pin of the bottom plate and press down on the top plate for a few seconds until the LED sealing time lights up.

The selected program will then start and stop automatically hen it has finished with the program.

You can interrupt the program by pressing the stop button at any time. At the end of each program the plate will rise up after about 4 seconds.

Note: By pressing down the bag by hand before putting it in the machine one can dramatically shorten the procedure.

14. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING THE MACHINE The following instructions about the maintenance are directed to the owner of the machine and therefore do not require any special capabilities. Before cleaning the machine: turn it off and pull the plug from the wall socket.

Wipe the plates and the machine with a cloth drenched in alcohol.

Replace the fuses only when the machine is completely turned off and the plug has been removed from the wall.

The machine has two fuses in place. The main fuse is in the connection box at the back of the machine (2A/220V). The second fuse is placed in the print plate of the machine and can only be replace by authorized personnel. (1A/s size x20mm) (fig. 5)

15. GUARANTEE

The designer guarantees the quality of this machine and declares himself responsible for the faults in construction and/or material and parts if these may occur, and promises to replace these for free.

The guarantee is not valid if the damage has occurred due to neglected maintenance by the consumer, due to using nonsuitable materials, due to unacceptable or part unacceptable malignance or if the consumer has changed the machine in any way.

The machine is guaranteed for 12 months.

The guarantee cannot be extended in case of repairs or replacements of parts during the guaranteed term.

Repairs and replacements of parts can only be carried out by the manufacturer.

Materials and parts that are subject to heavy usage are not covert by the guarantee.

The manufacturer has to be notified before hand if one is returning the machine. The machine has to have posted paid for.

16. NUMBER PLATE OF THE MACHINE The machine has a number plate placed at the rear of the machine.

Please quote the issue number with each communication between the consumer and the manufacturer.

Make sure that the main cable is connected to the machine and plugged into the wall. Switch machine on.

Unplug the machine and check that the fuse has not burned through.

Check that the electricity works elsewhere.

Displays don’t light up properly Switch machine off and on again.
