Sustaining the Legacy. There are many ways to give back to Bosco Tech. Stock gifts, 401k rollovers, and gift matching programs—Techmen are choosing options that work best for their lifestyles and their families.

As the school has increasingly transitioned to alumni leadership among administration, trustees and donors, it’s up to Techmen to ensure the school’s future as a recognized leader in education. We’re grateful for what was instilled in us during our formative years and now, more than ever, it’s up to us, together.

My personal giving to Tech is a way for me to help the students of today, while the school prepares for tomorrow. I want the school to thrive, continuing to be a place of exceptional learning.”

John Krakowski TECH: Drafting YEAR: 1972 TYPE OF GIFT: IRA qualified charitable distribution, stock, cash gifts, gifts in kind, events and auctions “I donate to Bosco Tech because, as an alum, I realize how Bosco Tech’s mission of education has provided hundreds of graduates like myself a boost in their career.

Most recently, I have had the privilege of donating to the Tech with a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from my IRA account.

This donation not only was beneficial to the school, it also reduced my Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) now and in the future.

This and future donations make it a win-win proposition for me and my wife.”

Mike Daly TECH: Electronics YEAR: 1968 TYPE OF GIFT: Tech Fund unrestricted cash donation “Looking back, the Tech gave me a good alignment toward college and a 39-year career in aerospace.

Now, after that career and eight years of retirement, I see that positive influence in more aspects of my life. I contribute to help make that experience available to more young men (and women).”
