CLAIMS FOR CREDIT:

Orders must be placed prior to 2pm Cut Off for next day delivery. Some products may require a special lead time, usually made to order products. Our Customer Service Team can advise you on those products when ordering. The minimum order is $150 ex GST for Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan areas Monday to Friday. Minimum order and delivery days for Country deliveries will vary depending on the location, please phone our office for clarification.

Claims for credit on short supply or damaged goods must be made within 24hrs of delivery, however Borthwick Foods must be advised upon delivery so as to have the issue recorded. Damaged/Faulty goods must be sighted prior to credit being issued, unless agreed upon receipt of photographic evidence. Credits will not be issued until goods are received back into Borthwick Foodss warehouse. Drivers are not permitted to take any returned goods unless authorized by Borthwick Foods. Special orders (once off and made to order) are unable to be returned for credit unless by prior agreement between Borthwick Foods and the Customer, due to damage or fault of the product. Frozen goods will only be accepted and approved for credit if: • Borthwick Foods is notified upon delivery • The product(s) remain frozen with evidence of temperature integrity provided • Evidence of fault of product

DELIVERIES: All stock must be sighted and signed for by a representative of the Customer upon delivery. Short supplies must be marked on the signed invoice copy and phoned through to Borthwick Foods’ office on 9590 0700 on the day of delivery.

PRICING: Pricing is subject to change without notification. Pricing is in Australian Dollars and exclusive of GST.

TRADING TERMS/PAYMENTS:

Trading terms for 30 day accounts are by agreement between Borthwick Foods and the customer, and at the discretion of Borthwick Foods. If payments are not met within the specified terms on any account, Borthwick Foods shall have the right to charge a penalty of $30 per month for any amount outstanding for more than 30 days from invoice/statement date. Remittance advice to be sent for all payments to accounts@borthwickfoods.com.au, and quote Customer Number when making EFT payments.
