Our experienced on-site watchmaker and trained technicians, in conjunction with our brand service center partners, provide highly skilled repair and restoration services for most timepieces. With a network of trusted experts, your watch will receive the right care and attention it deserves whenever you need it.
Battery Replacement and Water Resistance Testing
Watch batteries are expected to last 1-3 years. We have the tools and equipment on-site to properly install a battery in your timepiece and perform a water resistance test to the factory specifications.
Complimentary Bracelet Sizing
To ensure a comfortable fit, we offer on-site sizing that can be done while you wait. For watches purchased at Borsheims, sizings are complimentary.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Our ultrasonic cleaning tank and high output steamer thoroughly clean and remove any dirt hidden in the links, pins and screws to help ensure your watch’s longevity.
Polishing
Using our professional polishing equipment, we can help keep your watch case and bracelet looking like new.
Factory Watch Repair
If your watch needs repair while under factory warranty, Borsheims makes it easy so you only have to work directly with our friendly and knowledgable customer service team. We will coordinate the repair by compiling the necessary paperwork and warranty information in addition to shipping the watch on your behalf.
Additional Watch Repairs and Services
Additional watch services performed at Borsheims include: replacement of the capacitor, crowns, crystals, re-sealing against water resistance, spring bar and pin replacement, gluing markers, and movement overhauls for both quartz and mechanical watches.

RETURN POLICY
Jewelry and home décor items may be returned within 90 days of purchase, and watches may be returned within 30 days of purchase if in new condition and accompanied by the original box, parts and paperwork.
