Here at the multi award-winning Wildberry Bakery we produce a diverse range of gluten free cakes. Our ethos is to create great flavours and textures, while upholding the traditional baking methods. We have a passion for Irish ingredients and the excellence of Irish food. Wildberry Bakery never uses preservatives or additives in any of our products. We bake for retail, foodservice and Own Brand/Private Label.
